FYI, MOST celebs, black white and in-between get nose jobs or something similar. A wide or long nose, can look very bad in photographs in the wrong angle, even though in person a person's nose can look fine and pretty and in person people can look totally different, in photos the wrong angle can make a nose/face look hideous.
Celebs get photographed by paparazzi, magazines etc, and they have to be able to photograph well so most do something to make their noses more photogenic. Jennifer Aniston, Angelina, Halle, Beyonce, etc have all had some altering for that purpose.
