: You're not going to believe this one. Every week we usually get one or two letters from lawyers threatening to sue us. And we typically send them the same old letter saying "Truth is an absolute defense to libel - blah, blah, blah." But yesterday we got one that had us doubled over in laughter.
Paris Hilton's lawyers are actually claiming that the pic we put up of her yesterday could damage her reputation. After we wiped the tears of laughter from our eyes, we fiddled with the idea of leaving the story up and going to court on this one.
But we ended up deciding to take it down. We figured there are better ways to spend the $1.50 - the amount of damages Paris would be awarded if she could find a way to beat us in court.

Firstly, MTO is a lie!!!! I clicked on the link to read the letter and I called the number to verify that this was a real office. The office of Mr. Gabriel did not send a letter to MTO. Actually they did not even have the phone number or address or know where the website was. I talked to a lady named Barbara, if you don't believe me, call the number yourself. I gave them the number listed as MTO's tech support which I dug up because some information had been posted about my homegirl and her boyfriend who is well known to this site as being labeled as gay, which is not true. and I gave them the website address to MTO.
MTO falsified a letter to make it seem like Paris was guilty of this act and they took the pictures down to try to make it seem reputable. By the way MTO's contact number is 510-595-2002.
