When this dude turned himself in, he denied the charges against him and was quoted as saying that the only injury that could rightfully be attributed to him was an incident that took place last July when his daughter fell off of the bed while in his care. The horrific injuries that she suffered recently were the result of a completely separate incident, so whoever your "source" was...lied!
