My daughter has a similar rash and was diagnosed with ECZEMA. It comes and goes and was treated with medication from a dermatologist. She may have sensitive skin or is easily allergic to common everyday items like dust or makeup.
There are several different pics in several different places of her rash, how often does she get hives? I've heard for years that she was sick. Trina was/is a known trick-turner so this would not be surprising. That's something that cortisone & talc powder can't help.
