: Rapper Eve is speaking out publicly about her feelings on the death of Kanye West's mother. MediaTakeOut.com got its hands on a recent interview that the multi-platinum rapper gave to an overseas reporter.
According to reports, when Eve heard the news of Donda's death, she immediately sent her condolences via email to Kanye. But she claims that she's looking forward to passing on her sympathies in person. Eve was quoted as saying, "I sent him an email, but I'm sure he got a million and one emails. I want to give him my hugs and blessings."
But the female rapper also feels that some good may come out of Donda's death. MediaTakeOut.com received the following quote that was attributed to Eve:
We live in a society of quick fixes. The cost is your life. Hopefully, this will make people think more about getting surgery
No, what people who want plastic surgery need to do is make sure of the credentials of their surgeon and most importantly, if a doctor tells you that you are not medically cleared to get a surgery, then don't!
If you have pre-exsisting medical problems that may put your life at risk, it is your responsibility to let the doctor know. Otherwise, you risk death.
Breast implants and make up are not on the same page. WTF? It's sad cause more of ya'll talk about her appearance than what she said. This goes in hand with what she is talking about. Ya'll pick apart someone's appearance and make them want to get cosmetic surgery. It's sad. And of course MTO picks the worst pick they could find.
The blame doesn't fall soley on the doctor. If Dr. West was told prior to surgery about her medical condition and chose to have the surgery, majority of the blame falls on Dr.West. She chose vanity over life. There's NO WAY I would chose to have surgery if I receive several prior warnings. I don't care how well known the doctor is whether he's certified or not.
Eve can't be a spoke person for NO ONE with those damn RIDICULOUS animal paws on her damn chest. How can anyone take anything Eve say seriously. Please Eve Sit Your Hood Rat Ass Down!!!
I understand what she means, but bottom line it sounds like she's blaming the victim. If I were Kanye I wouldn't appreciate that right now.
Also, white people don't own blonde hair. As a matter of fact, there are very few white people that are natural blondes after they hit puberty. They may have been born blonde, but it changes. That's why they are forever coloring their hair, trying to maintain what's lost. So I see nothing wrong with any other race trying different hair colors. Same for weaves...not all white people have long straight hair. I think we're being too hard on black women for tyring these cosmetic trends and saying we want to be white. Not true! What are white women who wear weaves and color their brown hair blonde trying to be? Whiter?! That said, this is just a bad looking wig on Eve, blonde or not.

I do agree with Eve on some level, but I don't think this is the right time for her to make such a comment--it almost seems like she is saying Donda caused her own death. I know Eve does not mean it that way, but I just think in this case she should have kept her feelings to herself. Some things are better left unsaid.
I'm so disappointed in Eve for making this comment. Who is she to tell people this? If Kanye is her "friend" she needs to keep her mouth shut. This is not the time to place the blame and if I were Kanye I'd snub this two dollar trick when she tried to hug me. Eve, somewhere in there your point is valid but DEFINITELY unneccessary, let people make their own choices. People die from plastic surgery more times than we think, let's not choose to make an example out of one person simply because her son happens to be famous. Very tasteless Eve
