: T-Pain loves to sing about spending money. And it appears to MediaTakeOut.com that he's doing so in real life. In an interview with King Magazine, the R&B singer admitted to purchasing his own private jet. Here's some highlights from the interview:
KING: Was the private jet really necessary? T-PAIN: I upgraded! It's a G4 I had wrapped. I ain't pay the whole $5 Mil. I bought it used from a company that sells planes.But the best part, the magazine claims that the cost of maintaining T-Pain's jet (fuel, pilots, insurance and repairs) is a whopping $1M a year. And that doesn't tips to the ... err ... stewardesses ...KING: What perks come with your plane? T-PAIN: Man, we got 14 seats, a couch, a CD player with speakers under the seats and a color TV. You can f*ck with the smoke detectors and smoke on that b*tch, drink till you throw up, f*ck in the bathroom - it's ridiculous. I'll call up Exotic Flights and get a stewardess. And the best thing about it - they can't wear drawers ... They kinda like strippers. A lot of them don't speak English. It's very convenient.
Why in the world would he by a plane? Isn't this DUMB? You bought a private jet for $3M, u spend $1M a year for fuel....that means that for each year you have that Jet, you loose $1M. In 10 years (God help you that much) , you would have lost 7M on Fuel and don't have anything else yielding you income , no investments, no nothing ?????????? Lying azz, black bastard! He's caked up BUT not to the point of OWNING a LearJet. He does fractional-ownership of a corporate Jet flight provider(like high-profile celebrity and business people do) but they NEVER BUY the plane(kinda like a timeshare) and they do split the maintenance fees among the owners. I know 'cause I've done the same thing for a boat/yacht program I was in until I bought my own boat. I guess lying does get you in the news, huh?

Hardcore, if he paid 3M, he prolly owns the damn thing. Especially if he bought it used. I hope he doesn't tour with a lot of equipment or a large crew.
