: MediaTakeOut.com has some extremely sad news to report. For years there has been speculation that Chris Stokes, the man behind B2K and Marques Houston's career, was a child molester. Now former B2K member Raz B and his brother Ricky Romance appear to be confirming that speculation.
In the video being posted on YouTube, MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Raz B admitted that Chris Stokes molested him and other members of the group B2K. Here's an excerpt of a conversation between Raz B and Marques Houston's sister:
Raz B: It all started with Chris Stokes. Chris was like - let me touch you ...And here's what Raz B's brother, Ricky Romantic said on the same video:Marques Houston's Sister: Did he touch everybody, or was it just you?
Raz B: You know what, I can't speak for everybody, but if you want my personal opinion, I think he did.
"Chris [Stokes] made me take showers with the other boys .... All the [things] that my brother was introduced to, that [EXPLETIVE] was brought to me first. I blocked that [EXPLETIVE] and I wasn't with it - I backed out ... I kinda knew what was going on there. And yet, I took my brother [Raz B] over to Chris, and I didn't protect him like I should have."Later on in the video, Chris Stokes is heard on the phone telling Ricky Romantic, "I don't do that anymore, That was me years ago ... I just don't do that in my life anymore.""[Chris Stokes] molested my brother [Raz B] and he molested me ... when I say that, it hurts."

If this is true, ya'll have to remember that they would have been very young when this was happening (I assume since Immature days). When abuse is happening a lot of the times the abuser can somehow coax the boys into not saying anything to anyone about, possibly even threatening them. Maybe that's why they waited until now to say something.

This story is so sad. This situation has happened to so many people including myself. As a child you really don't understand exactly what is transpiring due to the fact that you are a child & the adults around you should know better. I'm raising my son on my own and he's going to college next yesr. I got him from his mom when he was ready for HS and I was in his life before that. I don't know what kind of men you've come into contact with but they have nothing in common with ME.
When my son was around 7 I got him for the summer and he was a big Michael Jackson fan. He tried to dance like him and everything and his MOTHER thought it was cute. She'd have him do it to entertain friends. Luckily for him I saw the potential there, not for him to be gay but to attract a man with gay tendencies who may be in his mom's life. I step up for mine. No, they don't. Sometimes they turn into ordinary gentlemen that have dealt with the issues, got counseling (professional or family supported) and are able to distinguish between what they felt back then that was wrong and what they feel now.
Others, however, turn into professional gay-bashers and hate everything that is gay or has a gay look to it. Some of them end up in jail for beating gay men or killing them.
Some, as you stated, turn out gay and may never come to grips with what happened to them and may never understand the difference between what they feel for a man and what they feel for a woman, because they still have some feelings for a woman, they just don't know WHAT they are feeling.
Being with a man may also in some weird way release the pain and anger they have for a man taking them so long ago.

How could you say that? Have you ever been in the situation? So do you know what it's like? Because they were possibly teenagers has nothing to do with it. Their minds are still vunerable. Usually I just come here and laugh at other's comments (Tiaje, Whatwhatwhat crack me up on the regular!) but some of the things people are saying are so ignorant. If you've never been molested don't put your "time frame" on when someone should speak up. It's hard enough coping with repeating the act over and over in your own head, thinking of all the what ifs and if I haddas, let alone admitting that something like that could happen to you by someone you trust. I was just having this conversation with a friend of mine yesterday. This gender blending is getting ridiculous. I work with elementary aged children. There is a post somewhere, I can’t remember where and some one stated that Marquise’s Sister Sister money was used to finace everything and people were living off of him the whole time. Langston H...I'm going to have to disagree with you somewhat. Of course, the biology vs. environmemt argument has been going on for some time. Yes...I do believe that some if not most people are born into their sexual orientation. I also believe that for some, it is a learned behavior. When a kid is abused and sexalized, many will act out. It is common to find little girls that are abused to act out very sexually because they have been sexuallized. It is also common to find little boys that have been abused by men to become sexually attracted to men. Why is this? I believe that this is because they do get a sexual response from their body from the act and will often try to repeat that. This is not to say that just because a male has been sexually abused by a male that he is gay. I guess what I am saying is that I think that this issue is more complicated that just simply saying that people are either born gay or not. I do think children are often confused and when you through unwanted sexual advances into the mix, I think the born gay point does not always apply.
As far as I am concenred, Chris Stokes did not give these boys a chance to determine thier own sexuality or explore it fully.

F DAT!!! I've watched these two videos over and over again, and there is entirely too much editing going on. They didn't even record Chris Stokes saying that he did molest them during the phone conversation. For all we know, that dude could of asked him if he cussed his mom out, and Chris Stokes responded by saying "I don't do that anymore". They have manipulated these videos in a way to make people immediately take their sides on this issue. And being that Chris Stokes is already not popular with the public, it wasn't that hard to make him look like the evil pedafile.
There is not enough hard evidence that he did molest these boyz. Furthermore, it is not fair for Raz to make these allegations and then say that Chris Stokes more than likely molested the other group members too. I don't think they want anything to do with this, and if it did happen, it's still not fair to them because they probably aren't ready to air all of this out to the whole damn world because now everybody is accusing them of being gay, and the world already puts a negative connotation on gay people.
Molestation is a strong allegation to make against anyone. It is one of the worst crimes there is besides murder. But I have a strong feeling that Raz and his brother are bitter about whatever happened at this particular event that Chris Stokes didn't let them in to, and I see them as making these allegations to get revenge and also sell a story so that they can get the money that they are so desperately wanting. This is a damn shame!! Can you people see what money will make you do? It will make you turn against your own flesh and blood to where you would allow them to get burned at the stake by the world.
Furthermore I don't care how much of a man Raz thinks he is, but no straighter than straight MAN is gonna appear on a GAY television network tv show and say that they did it to reflect what happened in their childhood. It would have made more sense for him to have made these allegations before he went on the gay show, but he went on this GAY tv show before even thought about making this molestation allegations.
The inconsistencies that these dudes are presenting will be looked at by the law, and any regular analytical individual can see that this is some straight bull shyt. There is entirely too much editing, false bible scripture quotes, still-frame pictures while people are talking, and ingenuine actions being made on Raz's part.
Moreover, this is a slap in the face to the gay community because Raz has made it clear that Chris Stokes's alleged molestation acts are due to him being gay. Furthermore, he quickly denied being gay like it was a disease or its not acceptable to be gay, but he appeared on a gay TV show, and has made numerous GAY event appearances. GET THA FUKK OUTTA HERE!!! Yall need to open yall damn eyes!!!
I will admit that when I first seen these videos, Raz B and his brother immediatley got me on there side, but I had to really analyze and watch these videos to examine the true inconsistencies that appear. So people, don't be quick to judge. Make sure you really evaluate what's going on. Thank you and everyone keep ur heads up.
I've seen comments about how people 'choose' to be gay. Question: do you think people actually CHOOSE to be subjected to the ignorance, intolerance, and mean-spirited words and feelings that so many of you have ? No, baby..i don't think so.. I think being molested can influence one's sexuality. Over the years, i have talked to other people in The Life, and when we talk about molestation, the tears flow. I'm not saying that every gay person has been molested, because that's simply not true. I'm not saying that if you've been molested, you are gay either. While i do believe that some of us are born gay, i believe some of us are 'made' too.

I totally agree with you...there was entirely too much editing in the videos. They cut to certains scenes and don't explain exactly what they're talking about. If they were trying to show Chris Stokes confessing then they should have included their part of the convo stating exactly what it is that he's (Chris)saying "he doesn't do anymore". Right after they go into him not speaking up for their Mother....seems kinda fishy, like there's anomosity.
Not saying that Chris is innocent because no one knows but them. I do know that Chris screwed around with the groups money and played favoritism (which the boys all admited in an interview when they broke-up...see you tube)So it is possible that this was creatived out of anger/anonmosity and brought up as revenge or for money.
However, if this is true (which none of us know) I don't think Raz should have rechanted his confession of this...whether he was threated or took cash. It's about Dignity and standing for what is right.
Man listen it aint like these dudes r young like that, around the time of B2K they were all like 16-18, so i find it hard to view them as victims. Chris stokes might have proposed to them "give me a lil booty for advancement,' but ultimatelly they aint necesarily have to go with it. [¶1] A jury found Appellant Mark Stokes guilty of taking “immoral” liberties with a sixteen-year-old girl in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-3-105 (LexisNexis 2005). In this appeal, Stokes challenges the constitutionality of that statute. We affirm.
ISSUE
[¶2] Stokes offers the following issue for our review:
Whether Wyo. Stat. § 14-3-105 is unconstitutionally vague.
FACTS
[¶3] The essential facts of this case are not in dispute. AJ, the victim in this case, was a sixteen-year-old junior in high school when she met Stokes in the fall of 2004. At the time, AJ was dating Stokes’ younger brother. Eventually, Stokes, who was then twenty-one years of age, and AJ began dating. Sometime around the end of October or early November 2004, AJ’s mother (hereinafter “Mother”) learned of their relationship, and she confronted them. Mother told both AJ and Stokes that Stokes was too old for AJ and she did not want them to date under any circumstances. Stokes agreed to discontinue dating AJ until she turned eighteen years of age.
[¶4] Despite Mother’s demands to terminate the relationship, Stokes and AJ continued to see each other. In early December 2004, Stokes and AJ decided to take their relationship to the next level. On two occasions, Stokes and AJ had sexual intercourse at Stokes’ apartment. When Mother found out she reported the matter to police. Upon questioning by police, Stokes described his relationship with AJ as boyfriend and girlfriend and admitted to having sexual intercourse with AJ on two occasions. Stokes also acknowledged that he knew he was doing something wrong when he had sex with sixteen-year-old AJ, and that he broke the rule by getting involved with someone under the age of eighteen.
[¶5] Stokes was arrested and charged with one count of taking immodest, immoral or indecent liberties with a child. At the conclusion of a one-day trial, the jury returned a special verdict finding Stokes guilty of taking immoral liberties with AJ and not guilty on the alternative acts of immodest and indecent liberties.1 The district court sentenced Stokes to three to five years imprisonment but suspended execution of that sentence in favor of probation. This appeal followed.
STANDARD OF REVIEW
[¶6] We review constitutional questions de novo. Rabuck v. State, 2006 WY 25, ¶ 13, 129 P.3d 861, 864 (Wyo. 2006); Giles v. State, 2004 WY 101, ¶ 10, 96 P.3d 1027, 1030 (Wyo. 2004). Because Stokes did not raise the issue of the constitutionality of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-3-105 in the district court, our review of Stokes’ claim is confined to a search for plain error. Plain error exists when: (1) the record is clear as to the incident alleged as error; (2) the error transgressed a clear and unequivocal rule of law; and (3) the error adversely affected a substantial right of the accused which materially prejudiced him. Moe v. State, 2005 WY 58, ¶ 7, 110 P.3d 1206, 1210 (Wyo. 2005); Pierson v. State, 956 P.2d 1119, 1123 (Wyo. 1998).
DISCUSSION
[¶7] This Court is once again asked to review the constitutionality of Wyoming’s indecent liberties statute, Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 14-3-105 (LexisNexis 2005), which states in pertinent part:
(a) Except under circumstance[s] constituting sexual assault in the first, second or third degree as defined by W.S. 6-2-302 through 6-2-304, any person knowingly taking immodest, immoral or indecent liberties with any child or knowingly causing or encouraging any child to cause or encourage another child to commit with him any immoral or indecent act is guilty of a felony. . . .
* * * *
(c) As used in this section, “child” means a person under the age of eighteen (18) years.
Like others before him, Stokes contends the statute is unconstitutionally vague, both “facially” and “as applied” to his conduct. Stokes complicates our review of his claim by merging his facial challenge with his “as applied” challenge. Regardless, we reject his constitutional challenges.
[¶8] A statute is facially vague if it reaches a substantial amount of constitutionally protected conduct or if it specifies no standard of conduct at all. Moe, ¶ 9, 110 P.3d at 1210; Giles, ¶ 15, 96 P.3d at 1031. On numerous occasions this Court has considered and soundly rejected facial vagueness challenges to § 14-3-105. See Moe, ¶¶ 10-11, 110 P.3d at 1210-11; Giles, ¶¶ 15-19, 96 P.3d at 1031-33; Schmidt v. State, 2001 WY 73, ¶ 28, 29 P.3d 76, 85 (Wyo. 2001); Pierson, 956 P.2d at 1123-24; Moore v. State, 912 P.2d 1113, 1114-16 (Wyo. 1996); Lovato v. State, 901 P.2d 408, 412 (Wyo. 1995); Ochoa v. State, 848 P.2d 1359, 1363 (Wyo. 1993); Griego v. State, 761 P.2d 973, 975-76 (Wyo. 1988); Sorenson v. State, 604 P.2d 1031, 1034-35 (Wyo. 1979). Stokes’ argument offers nothing new that compels us to reconsider our prior holdings on this issue.
[¶9] We now turn to Stokes’ contention that § 14-3-105 is unconstitutionally vague as applied to him. When a statute is challenged on an “as applied” basis, we must determine whether the statute provides sufficient notice to a person of ordinary intelligence that his conduct was illegal and whether the facts of the case demonstrate arbitrary enforcement. Rabuck, ¶ 16, 129 P.3d at 865 (citing Lovato, 901 P.2d at 412; Griego, 761 P.2d at 976). In determining whether a statute provides sufficient notice, we consider the statutory language, any prior court decisions that have construed the statute, and whether the statute has been previously applied to substantially identical conduct. Rabuck, ¶ 16, 129 P.2d at 865; Giles, ¶ 23, 96 P.3d at 1035; Griego, 761 P.2d at 976. “If the statute has been previously applied to conduct substantially identical to that of the appellant, he cannot complain notice was lacking.” Saiz v. State, 2001 WY 76, ¶ 13, 30 P.3d 21, 26 (Wyo. 2001) (footnote omitted).
[¶10] Stokes complains that the statute is vague in that it does not describe with particularity what acts are forbidden. As a consequence, it was only after the jury rendered its verdict that he understood his acts to be criminal conduct. This is the same argument that was presented to this Court in Giles. The majority of this Court found such argument to be unpersuasive:
Giles argues that § 14-3-105 fails to describe with particularity what acts are considered criminal because it relies on undefined terms. Thus, Giles asserts that he was afforded inadequate prior notice that the acts in which he engaged constituted a violation of the indecent liberties statute. . . . Giles contends that it was only after the jury passed judgment in his case, based on the undefined terms of “immoral,” “immodest,” and “indecent,” that he could have understood that his acts constituted criminal conduct. Upon consideration, we reject Giles’ argument.
Giles, ¶ 20, 96 P.3d at 1033-34.
[¶11] Stokes’ contention that the statute fails to provide sufficient notice that his consensual sexual relationship with sixteen-year-old AJ was prohibited conduct under the terms of the statute is not well taken. This Court has held that the meaning of the terms “immoral,” “immodest,” and “indecent” is sufficiently clear. See Rabuck, ¶ 17, 129 P.3d at 865; Pierson, 956 P.2d at 1123; Sorenson, 604 P.2d at 1034-35. Further, consensual sex with a sixteen-year-old has previously been determined to violate the statute. See Moe, ¶¶ 12-13, 110 P.3d at 1211; Pierson, 956 P.2d at 1123-24; Moore, 912 P.2d at 1114-16; McArtor v. State, 699 P.2d 288, 292-94 (Wyo. 1985). Although Stokes briefly mentions the lack of an extreme age difference as a mitigating factor, Stokes admitted that he understood that his conduct was wrong and that he should have waited until AJ was eighteen years of age. Under these specific circumstances, and in the absence of any evidence that the statute was enforced in a discriminatory manner, we have no hesitation in holding that § 14-3-105 is not vague as applied to Stokes’ conduct in this case.
[¶12] Affirmed.
