: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that rapper Nathaniel "Nate Dogg" Hale suffered a stroke in his Pomona home on Thursday December 20th. He's currently recovering in Pomona Valley Hospital in Pomona, CA.
The 38 year old Nate Dogg made his debut on Dr. Dre's 1992 album, The Chronic. He's found his greatest success not in solo projects, but in collaborations with other hip-hop artists. As of 2004, Nate Dogg has featured in and contributed to over 60 chart singles including Regulate with Warren G, Area Codes with Ludacris, and The Next Episode with Snoop and Dr. Dre.

yeah ATuediamond he is much to young for a stroke, nate dogg is actually 38 y/o and he is much much much too young to be having a stroke, but he's not taking good care of his self, he eat whatever he wants but dont run it off. but get well soon Nate Dogg, hopefully this is an eye-opener for more people out there who think they can eat whatever they want.
My prayers are with Nate and his family hope he gets better! Why are people questioning his age? did u not read the freaking story or did you just read the title? @ ATruediamond & Blkbeauti!! I guess whoever made the comment that you can put info you dont want blacks to find in a book bc they dont read is abt you!! READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ READ
Strokes are hitting younger Black people (men & women) everyday. The age keeps getting younger and younger. I see this in the hospital all day ong. This goes out to everyone, please go get tested for diabetes, blood pressure, high cholesterol (know your bad cholesterol number which is your LDL and know your good cholesterol number which is your HDL)and AIDS.
This is crazy...Before people went to R. Kelly and Tpain to sing on hooks, Everybody went to NATE DOGG. I know that we're all getting older, but he's quite young still to have suffered a stroke....there is no age limit for health issues. As African Americans, we are at higher risk for Hypertension, Diabetes, and Stroke. We have to take better care of ourselves. . I read somewhere before that a lot of stars don't even have decent health insurance. Prayers go out to him and his family. Get well soon.
I hope he recovers.
YOUNGMEN ---- THIS IS TO ALL YALL:
YOU CAN NOT EAT Burger King & McDonalds, GIN AND JUICE, and SMOKE CHRONIC. ALL DAY - EVERY DAY.
YOU CAN NOT: RUN THE STREETS and STAY UP ALL NIGHT Partying and dropping X.
IT WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE OLD. Brotha's is dying at earlier and earlier ages. D*mn!
when is the last time you saw a rapper with his shirt tucked in ---- they all have bellies! They want the women to be super fine, and they don't take care of themselves.
They will watch you excercise - but can't jog around a block! LOL
DAMNNNNN!!!!! I'm a huggggeeeeee fan, I'm praying for ya NATE DOGG!!!
But on some real, he had a stroke on December 20th? It's December 28th... why did it take so long to report this? (just a question)Could have been privacy issues, but what if he had died (GOD FORBID).... would his fans have to find out a week later?
Our father which are in heaven, hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven, give us this day, our daily bread, and forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors, and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil, for if you forgive others their trespasses, your heavenly father will also forgive you, but if yo do not forgive others their trespasses neither will your father forgive your trespasses...... Amen
I hope this man makes a full recovery because this is something that never should be taken lightly. Some people don't ever recover from stuff like this. So my heart goes out to him, Get well soon NATE DOGG:-)
Damn that's my boy right there! Get better Nate Dogg. I hope it ain't from smokin' crack or anything self induced.
Damn Area Codes was my jam too! I'll have to bump dat in my ride on my way home from work.
MTO yall betta not be bullshytin' on this, the tabloids would of jumped all over this and I ain't heard of peep out of any of them which is strange.
realtalk29 you are one of the right ones here.
Ladies and gentleman, a stroke can happen to anyone at any age as someone who works on the neuro floor of a hospital, i've seen a stroke in a 27 year old petite female patient, and to a "healthy" 32 year old man and both recovered well. Of course there were the 80+ year olds who recovered with minimal paralysis.
It all depends on how soon you go to the hospital once you have it.
I wish Nate and his family well and hope there's a speedy recovery.
OMG! I couldn't believe when I heard about Nate Dogg death which was so painful. I think we all love him, but God love him most and now he Has gone to better place and may His Soul R.I.P.P And I pray that God to bless his family and watch over them not to go astray.
