Remember Cassie doesn't produce or write her songs and no one would book her for shows because she can't sing live. So how does she live the high life, Diddy that's how? Conrad resigned immediately! That's funny! I think everyone knows Diddy is cheap, this has been tru since the beginning of time. But people still wanna work with him because he does, weather they like it or not, put people on the map. Look at any of his artist who left him, lil Kim, 112, Total... the list goes on and on. Where are they now, and if they are on another label they arn't making too much headlines or at least makin' what Diddy was payin' them so I think people know what they are getting into when they ask to work for Diddy. Stop Cryin' it's still more that the average person makes!!!!

Seriously, If this guy is so good he shouldn't have a problem landing somewhere else. BUT if he's like most black employees at black labels he's getting money for riding the main earners coattail and in this case it's Puff. At every black label there's about 3-4 people who really know what they're doing out of dozens. Most of the real work and support is done through the major which in this case is Warner. Also, black music is falling off big time. Unless Conrad can go out there and find the next Justin Timberlake or Robin Thicke (sorry that's what passes for black artists today. lol) he should take the free money he was getting and be quiet. Ni99as always believing there own hype. In his heyday Puff had a team of producers called the Hitmen. They made the classic Bad Boy hits and many got big headed. They all stepped out on their own and they're all footnotes in music history now. I thought Slam was A & R too. When they showed him on "MTB4", i thought that's what they said about him. I feel really sorry for the "MTB4" guys. They are talented, but they are going to end up broke and/or in real trouble from messing with Diddy. Let's hope he didn't lock them up in any long-term contracts. As for Cassie, it think it's pretty obvious how she earns her keep. She's pretty, and very, very talented. Too bad she can't sing.

Why the hell did they mention Loon as an artist? I don't think anybody acknowledged him as a rapper. As far as Cassie she is kind of funny looking, with her flat face. I wouldn't consider her pretty at all but to each as own.That's sad what goes on in the music industry. I hope things work out for the A&R.

First of all people use your common sense. Badboy has no artists pulling major numbers like maybe def jam or columbia. There are no stars on his label. He's the biggest star and doesnt really sell. I believe that badboy would have what every other company has which is a budget and maybe they cant afford to shove out that kind of money when theyre not bringing enough in. Do you guys expect diddy to pay this guys salary out of his own self made fortune? get it together people. he can spend his own money however he pleases; hoes, parties, whatever. Since I am a HATER (Yes I said it and I claim it) and can't stand diddy's arrogant ass, I don't find this hard to believe. If this man can spend $1million on a birthday party, then I could see him giving this man a raise even if it were a couple grand, sumpthin'. I mean working for 10 years as the companies only A&R had to have been hard work.
