: MediaTakeOut.com is happy to tell you that R&B singer Monica Arnold and her fiance Rodney "Rocko" Hill welcomed their second son into the world. The child who his reportedly named Romello Montez weighed 5 lbs and 6 ounces and was 19 inches tall. Both Monica and the child are both doing fine.
Monica and Rocko already have a two and a half year old son together named Rodney III (but known to most as 'Lil Rock').
Congratulations to them both.

lil_Dc322, since you don't know much about Monica, her debut album Miss Thang was released is 1995, The Boy is Mine - 1998, All Eyez On Me (Import) - 2002, After The Sorm - 2003, and The Makings of Me - 2006. Every album she released was quality work. You can say Beyonce sings way better than her but guess what...there are just as many people who disagree with that.
Congrats! Now maybe she can push out a hit record and get her up and outta Atlanta like that is the only place a southern artist can make it. She needs to get her promo on and promote her damnself if the label isn't going to do it right! Kanye did it. Bey did it and so did a few others. If she became pregnant because of an "accident" then I agree she should not get married because she has a child. However, this case is different. She has two children from her "baby daddy" (I hate that phrase) and I think both were planned. Therefore, if this is not the man she wants to spend the rest of her life with then she should not be having children with him.
Our children look to us for guidance and she is not setting the right example. So what she can take care of them by herself, that is not the issue. The issue is we need to re-event the strong Black married family.
The people who approve of this "mess" probably came from single households. By the way I am not knocking single households, sometimes things happen. However, if you had the luxury of coming from a loving household with both parents, you would know the difference and understand where I am coming from.
