: MediaTakeOut.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned that DMX's baby's mother Monique Wayne won a $1.5M lawsuit against him this afternoon.
Ms. Wayne and DMX have a child together. Last year, DMX told Sister 2 Sister Magazine that their child was born after Ms. Wayne sexually assaulted him. His exact words were, "She raped me… DNA says it is (my child). I don’t know… If I did (have sex with her) I would remember. It ain’t like she’s a pretty girl."
This afternoon a judge heard testimony from Ms. Wayne, her sister and a psychiatrist. After which, he found that DMX was liable to Miss Wayne for $518K in compensatory damages and $1,000,000 in punitive damages.
Ms. Wayne's lawyer, Stephanie D. Moran from the top Maryland law firm of Watson & Moran, LLC has made a living suing celebrities. Her firm is currently suing 50 Cent and the Game and last year they received a sizable verdict against Allen Iverson.
