When Master P was hot and No Limit Records was the place to be, Master P wasn't even the hottest artist on his label..he had Mystikal, Silkk the Shocker, and even Snoop Dogg for a minute.
Who does T.I. have? Young Dro? T.I. even admitted that he aint even where Master P was when P was hot. Plus legal defenses aint cheap, ask OJ, Mike Tyson, Michael Jackson, & R.Kelly. It's never good that a black man is going to jail. T.I. grew up under the same surcumstances as I, but people like Kattdaddy2 wouldn't understand that. It's hard growing up having to go to school and help your mom pay bills for the household. Have you tried paying rent at the age of 14? Where we are from, you better be willing to die for your respect or you'll get messed over all your life. Why doesn't anyone want to talk about a month earlier when a van, that ti was in, was shot up and one of his security guards died. The man was trying to protect himself (And where I'm from, we die behind our's). And on top of that you say that the man isn't rich. Well in my book anything over $1 million is rich. The man ownes grand hustle records. Anything young dro, b.g., d.j. drama, mac boney, etc. makes as far as trakkz, verses, songs, and albums ti gets a cut of it. Not to mention numerous stocks and bonds, elite auto shop, five platnum albums, and numerous real estate property's. I guess you didn't know people from the streets think about things like that. This really doesn't mean he is broke. Just look at it like this. This man have bills that need to be paid every month(lawyer, childsupport, mortgage, cars, credit cards, all kinds of expense)-Yeah Im good with money, I have my own business. Ok, back to my point. Let's just say he have over 5mill in the bank "now". Ok his main income come from touring but he still have other investments that bring in "Extra Money" like real estate and his record company. If his main income is not coming in like it use to, any smart person, will start selling off things that they don't need like(his cars) or a business deal that may not be doing good(like Elite Auto). He might be doing this so that he dont have to pay for lawyer fees and other shyt from his 5+mill in his bank account. That money might be for lil Mama to hanlde the household expenses "just in case". Remember he will always have extra money coming in, the man own a construction company & Grand Hustle. Now if he was broke he would be selling his house, Grand Hustle and probably is clothes on Ebay like Gray Coleman. HE AINT BROKE...STOP LETTING RUMORS FEED YOU, YOU WILL END UP WITH A SICK STOMACHE. That's why the record industry tried to shut prince down when he became independent and sold like $$250,000 copies of his CD at $50 a pop, they knew that if every artist started doing this, the recording industry would be SHUT DOWN! Independent artists are the smartest because they end up making more money for their hard work. Once the record industry gets their hands on you, IT'S A REYNOLDS WRAP! Damn that's some godd foil! |

ANYBODY who has remotely any education about the music industry knows that artists DO NOT make alot of money from their album sales, hardly any. Most of the money artists make comes from their tours. TI cannot tour therefore he is not making alot of money right now. That doesn't mean he is broke, I doubt that but if he has money its coming from the things he is doing OUTSIDE of the music industry. If he is selling his business and cars, its because he is smart enough to know that he doesn't have enough money to last without being able to tour. Simple as that |
