EMI signed a light skinned reggaeton artist that uses the n word as a name. Yes, the artist name is "nigga" and he is selling millions of units worldwide. He is already platinum in Central and South America and is getting a great response from the public in Europe.Interesting theory ...Lets put it like this - he is the new Daddy Yankee. So the executives in the music industry do not want controversy about the "N" word while the new artist is pushing major units out of the states.
In fact he is going to release the project in the states in the next week under the name of "Flex" - but that will nly be his name in the united states - he is going to be known as nigga worldwide.
Nas naming his CD Nigge® I don't believe is so much a gimmick. Nas' talent has been proven and when you think of rappers with a positive message, Nas is somewhere in your top 5 (Except when he was Nas Escobar in the oochie wally song). But I'm sure Nas will get deep on his Nigge® CD

Why is it that blacks always allow ourselves to be trivivalized, you never hear whites calling each other [EXPLETIVE] or latinos calling each other spics, i keep hearing some of you say "it's just a word"...BULLSHYYYT, let someone roll up on your BLACK ASS who don't know, and have them call you a [EXPLETIVE], I would love to see what you would do!
Hey you can not differentiate between the word ending with "....GA" and the one ending "....GER", so if you use either word regularly, you really have no room to complain ultimately, or you can just be ignorant and choose to ignore the fact that you are being a hypocrite.
