: Over the weekend, MediaTakeOut.com told you of a brewing hip hop feud between Jay Z and one of his most loyal Rocafella artists - Philadelphia rapper Peedi Crack. Well MediaTakeOut.com got an exclusive interview with Peedi Crack and he explained why he called Jay Z a "Camel Face."
According to Peedi, his "Camel Face" jab at Jay Z was nothing personal. According to him it was retribution for Jay Z dropping just about every artist from his Rocafella label. Peeri told MediaTakeOut.com, " I put the Camel Face [EXPLETIVE] out as a reaction to Jay Z dropping everybody from Rocafella recently ... He set up a meeting to have a one on one talk with all of us ... As opposed to having the one-on-one meeting he sent an A and R from Def Jam to break the news .. which was a ho move to me."
And while he's not 100% sure, Peedi suspects that fellow Rocafella artists Beanie Siegal and Freeway may have also been dropped from Rocafella. Peedi explained to MediaTakeOut.com, "I [think] Jay Z dropped everyone ... But I'm not sure exactly who he dropped ... The A&R said, 'There's no more Rocafella Records and you're all free to leave.'"
But even with all the turmoil, Peedi is optimistic about his career. The popular Philadelphia rapper told MediaTakeOut.com that there are plenty of other labels interested in signing him.

Jay used those guys from philly because philly is a major music market, why would he have a whole clique from philly when he's not from here. Why not have two or three guys and promote them like u would yourself. Peedi would be a good reggaeton artist, everytime he starts rapping i start winding without knowing it.

Even though I don't recall hearing any of Peedi Crack's music but he does have a point about how Jay-Z is a talented artist and business man but not good at promoting other artists but his self which is selfish.
Orginally, he was suppose to meet up with them in person and by him not doing that like he said is clear that he is for himself and he *** try to do things you are not experience in and of course. Jay knows he's on top of the rap game now because of that in my opinion he is abusing his power which is not a good look.
This is a calculated move by Jay..1st he doesnt own the Roc...that was sold to def jam's parent company. Jay recent sold the brand over to another company but have rights to the direction the clothing would go...he did the artist a favor because he could have left them stranded on the label which was not really receiving any extra publicity (except for Jay and Kanye), the others would have been put on the shelve like the LOX and never made any money, by letting them artist go it did two things, both equally huge...they are free to sign where ever they want, and two Jay may be able to buy the Name back through his Apple deal...ask your self what good is the Roc name without JAY? What ya’ll are saying is true. However, when you are under contract you can't move unless the label tells you to move and you can't indulge in other jobs unless the label gives permission. It's not like a regular job where you can be looking for another job and quit the one you're already with.
