Thinspo knows what the hell she is doing. Yes she sickly looking and could easily body double for a starving ethopian child, but know what I know about the disease, people suffering from it have self image issues that often are reflected in their views AND actions. The last thing they would do is post under a pic that they know would expose their sickness and portray them in an unflattering light.
I'm 5'9..145...and I had to gain weight because while I was losing my family didn't like how skinny I was. And I only got down to 120 but my height was too much I guess. You have to trust the people that love you, sometimes we see what we want to see and can't see the forrest for the trees.
In my opinion, Thinsp needs help period, for the mental issues she is struggling with and perhaps that will resolve the body dismophic issues she's having.

The BMI standards are set to a specific White European mindset, and most of us do not fall in a healthy category. Every bodybuilder you see, or the stars with bad-A bodies are considered overweight or obese. If you fall within your height and weight standards sccording to BMI, then good for you if you are happy there. But keep in mind that the other side of that index is unhealthy too.
Illbeyourthinspo's head is out of proportion to her body (yes, too big). She is pretty, but she should recognize that another ten pounds brought on by consuming some protein and other food would look very good on her. She should really try it, or at least don't knock the thicker women.
