: MediaTakeOut.com has discovered that 50 Cent's baby's mother Shaniqua Tomkins learned an expensive lesson about greed. You see, Shaniqua recently asked 50 to increase the amount of child support he paid - from $25K a month to $50K a month.
Well 50 Cent wasn't playing games - so he took Shaniqua to court - and y'all ain't gonna believe what happened. Here's how the NY Post reports the story:

They take some jacked up equation to determine how much support should be. And it's based off of income. To me that is crazy. That's like saying if you make more $$ it costs more to raise a kid! How are all these lower income families doing it? By living withing their means! My ex had no job, got fake tatas, took me to court, got more money and then bought a new car. That's our system. Divorce and child support laws in this country has always been slanted towards the woman. Hell, there is a law that says that if you are married and the woman cheats and has a baby by the other man, the child is still legally the husbands because of a loophole called presumption of paternity where the wife gets pregnant while married the husband is automatically the father...no matter what the DNA test says.
I don't have a problem with the fathers making sure the child is taken care of...obviously he does it out of love. I do have a problem with women using the child support they get as a way to take care of the other kids they've had by less financially stable men and using child support as a way to upgrade their lifestyle.
She better ask for child support increases from her other baby daddies!!!

My friend's ex-girl was getting 300 a week from him from child support. (mind you he has 6 other kids). She apparantly didn't think that was enough, so she asked for more money. Now my friend loves his kids, but he does have a lot of 'em, so he was like, "Phuck it, give me my kid then...or we go to court". To court they went and the court ordered him to pay $56 a week!!!!!!!

This man i know have one child with this heffa who already have 4 children with 4 other men...she collects a total of 7k a month in total child support...every time he gets a raise she goes back to the judge for more money and the judge gives it to her...That judge never investigate, to see what this woman was doing...the woman ask so the judge gives...healthy woman, just refuses to work...
Finally we convinced him to hire a lawyer and he found one in his current girlfriend...countersued and won...this judge was leaving this man to survive on only $700.00 a month after taking 2200.00 from him for childsupport for one child...and this is why...she is getting so much money from all dem baby daddies she don't need to work...she is now foeced to get a job because the entire 7000.00 a month was reduced to $4000
I don't really like 50 because he is arrogant but in this case i am happy for him. His baby mother was just too greedy. If i were her i would have been happy with the 25,000 a month. an expensive Private school is about 20,000 a semester that is 40,000 year. a very expensive is about 30 to 35k a semester 70,000 a year, and that is in New York. one of the most expensive areas in the contry for Private schools so where was the other 230K going? you may need to do research

The only real bill the mother should have for this boy is his School Tuition - and believe me - that's probably no more than about $1,500 per month. He's a big boy so it's not like he has to go back-n-forth to the doctor's all the time. His clothes and sneakers he probably gets when 50 takes him shopping. So again, hell yeah, she's getting more than enough out of that $6,700 per month.

This happened to my cousin. When the mother wanted more child support he said he wanted a DNA for one of the boys. She dropped that request quickly because she knew one of those boys wasn't his, even though he took care of both of them. Some women can't even get a dime for child support while others abuse it and milk the nipple dry.

My idea of 'real' child support is the father being in his child(rens) life and making a substantial positive impact on the child's life not a substantial cash payment!! I gross about $42,000 a year. I have 2 children ages 8 & 5, with the youngest one still in daycare that is 100/week. I have a mortgage that is $853/month, plus bills, utilities, clothing, food, etc. that I have to pay...ON MY OWN. That's right; I don't ask for or get any child support. I wanted these things and work hard to obtain and maintain them. The only responsibility their fathers (plural; I got 2 babydaddies lol) have is to provide for their kids and I shouldn't have to tell grown men to do so. Things are tight sometimes, but we're not hurting for anything.
