Awwww, she is a cutie! 1. She may or may not be their child. 2. Most babies are chunky and as they get older, they slim down. 3. If she does in fact have a medical condition, its either a kidney disorder or a thyroid disorder all of which can be controlled.
My daughter was a preemie and she was almost as chunky as this little girl. And now, she is the tallest person in her 1st grade class.
