: MediaTakeOut.com has just caught wind that comedian Mike Epps has some baby mama drama. According to a recently filed lawsuit, Mike got his side piece pregnant and is now refusing to take a paternity test.
Here's what TMZ is reporting:
The married actor who has appeared in movies such as "Next Friday" and "Resident Evil: Extinction," is being named as the baby daddy to a Georgia woman who gave birth in December 2007.Maybe they could go on Mary ... that dude can straighten the whole thing out...Randy Kessler, the woman's lawyer, says Epps has refused to submit to a paternity test or provide any support for the child, saying, "We are not asking for the moon, we are just asking him to take a paternity test. Once the tests are completed and paternity is confirmed, hopefully, Mr. Epps will do the right thing and begin to provide for his child."

This is by no means shocking. What is shocking is the # of people with all of the risks out here who are not willing to strap up. Cheating is worse enough, but there is no coming back from the grave. If he has nothing to hide, take the test. Even though they shouldn't, people are going to assume guilty until proven innocent. Is a few minutes of pleasure worth your life or contracting a disease which has no cure. Think about it.

Why does it always have to be pay up instead of pay attention to your child. Eddie M can pay all the money in the world to the mother but in the end all that child wants is a father. It seems like these celebs aren't really celebs when there business is put out there. To me they're normal people going the normal stuff.
