Children are having children. They are both 17, and know nothing about the responsibility that it takes to be a parent. Parents may not be able to stop them from having sex, but they could at least try to get them to use birth control and condoms. It is such a sad day when some kids think that it is cool to have a baby like it is a doll or pet, or are ignorant enough to believe that it will never happen to them.
