Did she really expect 50 to just support this dude? Next thing he need to do is get custody since the big thing seems to be the school district that the boy is in. Why is everyone saying 50 wrong for putting her out. I dont really know how I feel about this. None of us really knows what the real situation is. But it does seem she let people get in her ear about what she should be getting and it kind of backfired. Im a little confused as to why she asked for the support to be doubled when he convered all the expenses for his child and paid that house off. If she doesnt have a job she should go to back to school or maybe open a business or something she has to understand that although he has more money. It is just as much her responsibility as it is his to make sure that her son is living well as it is his. It is sisters like this that give all of us a bad name, and have the ignorant thinking that we always want a hand out instead of working to get our own. How is she going to receive $25,000 per month ($10,000 in child support, $15,000 for expenses) and not be able to afford a house. She could have easily spent money on a boarding or private school for that amount of money and still had enough left to find a home in a nice area. With the amount of foreclosures on the market now, she could find an affordable house anywhere which she agreed to do, but she never thought that 50 would force her and the kids out of his house. She had the money, and probably was not working. We have to work every day to do it on our own and not rely on anyone. The majority of us are doing on less than $300,000 a year, that she receives. I have no sympathy for her, because she got what she deserved. Child support is for the benefit of the child, not for you to live like the wife that you are not.

I do believe old girl ain't gonna try to give up though, but this determination for money will seal her fate in a custody battle. She is not providing no financial support for the child, just drama.

50 Cent wants his baby mama and son out da house - and a Long Island judge is obliging.
"I'm a winner. What can I say?" Fitty, who's real name is Curtis Jackson, said after a hearing in Suffolk County Housing Court, where Judge Stephen Hackeling OK'd his bid to boot Shaniqua Tompkins and his son Marquise from his Dix Hills mansion.
Tompkins, 32, said, "Any man who would evict his son out of his house is evil. He's an evil, disgruntled man."
Fitty's lawyer, Brett Kimmel, said his client is paying Tompkins $6,700 a month, and that includes cash for her to find a new place to live for her and Marquise.
Tompkins maintains that the "In da Club" rapper bought the house for her, but he testified that it's his. He also made it clear that he wasn't happy that her new boyfriend was living in the $1.5 million home, one of the largest in Dix Hills.
"To have her living there with her boyfriend and several other people is inappropriate," said the rap star. "She's in the house with people I'm not responsible to pay housing for."
Fitty, 32, was the only witness to take the stand. Asked his net worth, he said, "I feel like I'm worth a billion dollars."
"She doesn't want to work. She doesn't want to do anything," he went on. "She had a sense of entitlement over me because she was around before I had success."
Tompkins said she helped nurse the rapper back to health after he was shot nine times in May 2000, which has added to his musical hype.
The judge gave Tompkins until the end of the school year to clear out.

A lawsuit filed in Manhattan by 50 Cent's ex and the mother of his son alleges that the rapper is trying to evict her from his Dix Hills house, AP reports. Shaniqua Tompkins is accusing 50 Cent of "breach of contract" because he supposedly promised to buy the house for her and their 10-year-old son. The house is now in his name -- Curtis Jackson.
Public records show he bought the 5,000-square-foot house in January 2007 for $1.4 million. Taxes are $16,815 a year. "It's a very big home," says Paul Catsandonis, Tompkins' attorney. The house is located on an acre and has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, as well as a three-car heated garage with a dumbwaiter to the kitchen. The house, built in 2002, also has a pool. The previous owner, builder Robert Defeo, built the house for himself and his family.
Someone close to the deal says that 50 Cent wanted to buy the house so that his son would be in a good school district, Half Hollow Hills. "He actually came to see the house," the source says. "He was very shy ... polite ... humble ... lovely."
But it was clear at the closing last year that there was a problem. Tompkins was at the closing; 50 Cent was not. "It was obvious that she was very upset," says the source. "She wanted the house, or at least half in her name." But the deed only had his. After the closing, Tompkins was seen crying, the source says.

50 Cent owes his child. He doesn't owe that woman anything. $78,000 a year is more than most WORKING people make in a year and is more than enough to buy a house and live comfortably. That's his fault for buying a house that big. 5000 sq feet and six bedrooms for 2 people is too big... what are the other bedrooms for? They don't need 4 guest bedrooms. Also she has anothr child whose father is not there so i would be safe to assume she gets child support from him too.
