The former TLC star gave a recent interview to blogger Necole Bitchie where she was all too happy to talk about Usher and Marlon - both of whom are in happy monogamous relationships (Usher with wife Tameka Foster and Marlon with the mother of his two children Angelica Zackary):

This is gonna be big of me to say this. I have never ever said this in my whole life. Ever. But yeah, I did let one good guy get away and that was Marlon Wayans. Oh Wow! I remember we were on tour with Hammer and we had went to the movies and I saw him in that movie. But honestly I will say, although Marlon [Wayans] is the one that got away, Usher is the one that I truly did love. \Wow ... ole girl really did put her own business out there....Like that was truly my first adult love. I love him very much and I will always love him. I don’t know how you love someone that deeply and just stop loving them. I’m not in love with him anymore but I can’t say that I don’t love him anymore. Chilli always been one of my favorite people. I am not feeling the whole single woman talking about people who are married ish but I guess she is trying to keep it real. Its just kind of Tacky and shows no tact at all. Its kind of messy and if they were meant to be they would be so Why not just leave all of it alone and stop digging up old stuff. I guess when you get older and your clock is ticking to find people when it starts running down you think about the decisions that you made when you were younger but time does not move back it moves foward. I wish her the best and hopefully she will make better decisions in the present.

If Marlon came back her way right now, I bet she STILL wouldn't accept him. She's only looking at the fact that he's a good man; married with children, holding his family down and doing his thing. I don't think she was emotionally or physically attracted to him.
If she had a choice, she would go right back to Usher. What she saw in Marlon is what she wanted Usher to be because she was in love with him. That's why she's saying she was waiting for him to change, but he is who he is.
She needs to let both of them go. Hopefully she found some release in talking about it, but what's done is done.

I had the opportunity to meet up with Rozonda “Chilli” Thomas at Signature Sound Studios in Atlanta the other day and we had a very interesting conversation about relationships. As you may know, her new record “Dumb Dumb Dumb” leaked online the other day, so of course I had to find out if the song was based off of a personal experience. We ended up chatting about everything from Floyd Mayweather to her feelings for Usher. And you will never guess who she said was the guy she let get away. Check out the Interview under the hood
Girl first I gotta ask, what kind of regimen do you use on your skin, you have the fountain of youth! Thank you! Honestly, you know girl “black don’t crack”. I just drink a lot of water, I eat organic foods. I don’t drink. I don’t smoke. You know I have to give my mom credit for the good genes and I just take really good care of my skin.
You still look like you are 21, 23. Everyone’s aging and you are still like “heeeeeeeeeeeeeeey”! [laughs] Thank you!
Okay so we just listened to your new record Dumb Dumb Dumb, when should we expect that single to be released? Well right now radio is getting it. We are sending it out to everybody and just hoping it blows up. I love that record and working with CriStyle, Oh my God she’s amazing. She’s so talented and just so sweet. This record means so much to me on so many different levels. I wouldn’t say it’s a male bashing song but I am a woman and it’s coming from a woman’s point of view. Who can’t relate to being in a relationship where the person mess up or it’s just a dumb move. A lot of us can high five on that
So what is your definition of a Dumb Dumb Dumb? Well you know, it’s not just for females dealing with dumb guys. There are some great guys out there whos been in some relationships with girls who did not appreciate them because they are too nice. That is the craziest thing I ever heard. Well you know everybody wants to know.. They’ve seen you parlaying around with Floyd [Mayweather] and these stories about him spending thousands of dollars on some shoes.. That’s hilarious! Floyd and I are really good friends. I like Floyd. You know it’s funny because you see Floyd on television with all the money and all that kind’ve stuff. I get on him and say “stop doing that and go to a hospital and pay a families bills and he actually thought it was a great idea so he’s really a great guy! That is just an image that he puts out there but the Floyd outside of that. He’s just amazing. Like he has one of the biggest hearts I’ve ever seen. I honestly have to say that. So he’s just someone that I like hanging out with. He’s the type of person that when we are all hanging out together, he’d buy stuff for everybody. He’s just real giving like that so of course if he’s buying me shoes, then it’s like “they are together”. But no, I’m not dating him. I do want a date. I want a boyfriend. I want a husband
I know that’s right I do. I want a husband but I’m very picky. My standards are very very very high.
What are you looking for in a potential husband? Girl, Marlon! [laughs] Oh god! He’s so awesome. I messed up. I blew that. I just wasn’t there at the time you know. Just someone who loves God and who is very respectful of himself. If that relationship with the Lord is there then he’s already gonna just not do certain things and will naturally do other things and that’s the part that’s hard for me to find. Like I meet these guys and they may have some stuff but they don’t have everything. And the things they don’t have are major enough for me to just be like “no, I can’t”. And girl I don’t waste time, I can tell by the second date. It’s like peace. Like “baby bye” and I won’t talk to him again.
I’m like that too. I have like a two date rule Stay that way! You know what, at the end of the day majority of people in the world are unhappy in relationships. If you and I are by ourselves, it makes sense for us to get lonely every now and then because no one is there but for the most part, if we are with someone and still lonely, that’s a problem.
And you know what, I have a lot of friends that are with someone and they are still lonely Miserable! They are miserable because it’s just human nature that we feel like we have to have somebody in our lives and I don’t believe that God meant for any of us to be alone, but I know he didn’t mean for us to be with the wrong person and deal with crazy stuff all the time. No way, I’m not doing it!

Right So unfortunately we couldn’t get all the other stuff right and I think a lot of it had to do with timing. For me I had just come out of an off and on 10 year relationship with Dallas and as a female to female you understand that when you get out of those crazy relationships you kind’ve get this “I’m strong and I’m not gonna let anyone in”
Yes, let me break this wall down You can be a little bit much and I think at the time I was kind’ve like that and he was a lot younger and so he was immature in ways. I was too so I won’t put it all on him like that but to me I felt like if the timing was different, it would have been a different story. So yea, I will always love him.
What should we expect from you in the future? I really want to do big things with kids. My goal is to write a book one day on parenting. You know it’s funny but my son goes to a Private Christian Academy and alot of them are like “wow, it’s amazing to see you up here all the time and you are so involved. You’re a celebrity and blah blah blah” and I’m like “wow”. It feels good to hear that but at the same time I’m like “that’s jacked up”. That’s my son! I’m supposed to be involved in his life. I’m supposed to cook him dinner. I’m supposed to make him lunch. I’m supposed to just love him to pieces like I do and to me when you don’t give those things to kids that is when they grow up and they are getting in too trouble and going to jail and all that type of stuff… And not knowing how to be in relationships because it starts at home. I’m just gonna try to help honey!
Trying to do what you can right? So do you have a release date for your album yet? I’m actually still recording. I’m pretty much done but if someone calls and says you have to hear this record and it’s “hot”, I can’t turn it down.
And have you titled the album yet? I have something in mind. I’m working on some things. I’m a perfectionist. Even with working with TLC, we always had these cool titles and I still have that same mentality. I’m from the old school so I want people to buy my album and feel like it was worth every penny.

This story hits home 4 me too cuz Like Chilli, i had a few "nice" guys that i just simply wasn't attracted to. I wasn't and still isn't into "bad boys" i don't have the energy to any outside "projects" however, those nice guys were boring to me, but i tried to force an attraction because i knew they were good catches.U CAN'T FORCE LOVE THOUGH, and instead of prolonging their pain, i had to let them go, not even remaning close friends, to kill any hope they had or anything more.
THEN i feel in love with a guy i THOUGHT was a nice guy, only he had a sense of humor, he had personality, and charisma...thas wha women like! But come to find out, even though we were the best of friends, he was a serious LIAR and wouldn't let me go even AFTER i found out about his lil indescretions(spelling) He's engaged now to be married, with 2 kids. It hurt me to see him moved on in that way, because like chilli i will always love him, but he isn't a good person. And while the girl he is with now was in the hospital, he was lying to us both and sleeping with me in their own home, in HER bed. Why would i want a man like that? Chilli, though it hurts, u have to know that as u desire a man who has a relationship with the Lord to make sure ur relationship with the Lord is on paint as well.
And tho it seems all the men in ur life have moved on, it doesn't mean u missed out, because if it were meant to be...it would be. Tameka may have the person u loved most, but ask urself what kind of man do u really think he is being for her? Even though u can't see it yet, u won!

Relationships are hard to get over especially when it was a really good relationship. I hope Chilli can at least be friends with Usher. I am sure they can be because Usher is a nice guy. She needs to seriously move on with her life. Usher is married, he had a kid, and when he was with her he wasn't happy so, he CHEATED on her. Tameka although people hate on her because she doesn't look like Chilli of TLC she makes Usher happy enough for him to truly settle down with her that which he wouldn't do for Chilli and her chemistry. He didn't want to be with her that is why, things didn't work out. So, she needs to get the point and just let go before making herself look like more of a fool. Yes, she's pretty, but clearly that's it. If she were smart she would refuse to discuss Usher in any interviews with the media because her career is in a flop, she's still single and it makes her look like she's living in the past. Meanwhile, he's happily married, with a new baby and a booming career...he has everything that she doesn't have and she couldn't have highlighted it more in this supposed interview.

I C/S with you. I thought they were a "cute couple" but he is now married to Tameka. That is how it is and they have a child. I love it. To me there is nothing wrong with thinking something, but some things are better left un-said. It's called tact, class, morals and respect. Hopefully she will find her own happiness. It's out there.
see i can dig what chilli said , if i had to go back in time and i mean time i would choose my ex lover whom i dated since i was 15 yrs , on and off , and he too knows this , we speak and laugh and say things to each other just like if it was yester year, i can just get up and say today so and so will call and he does .

This is not a good look for Chili right now. What is the point of bringing up her past relationship with Usher NOW that he is married with child? It is silly. There were a few years in between their breakup and his marriage. Why not 'reveal' all this during then? Also, maybe nobody else recognized the little cattiness but was it really necessary for her to say "Lord, Tameka gonna be trying to fight people.". I mean really...Chili you are the one fighting to be heard right now when you aren't relevant anymore. It sounds like she is trying to soften the events that went down by bringing up another love and trying to make Usher's current woman..sorry his WIFE sound like the one with the problem and insinuate that their old relationship was somehow better. One thing though..IT WASN'T. He is with someone who is a better fit for him. Get over it.
Damn she was not holding back!!! She was really candid about both relationships with Marlon and Usher. I know she got Tameka wanting to catch a case off that one comment though! She said that until this day if her and Usher were to stand beside each other, you would still see the chemistry. Now personally, that would not set me off, but the type of female Tameka is, she'll probably trip because of that comment!

OOOH Marlon if u break up wit yo wife come holla at me boo.
