Fcuk you MTO with your divisive Willie Lynch, black male bashing bullshyt....
First, black is black so stop acting like someone is less black because they are light...You gonna tell me Angela Davis, Huey Newton or Cornell West were less black because they were light? exactly...
Second...This site will hate on brothas no matter what they do....whether they date, white, black light, black dark, asian, latina or anything else...and steadily tries to infer that every brotha is gay on top of it...Just change your title to The Most Visited Black Male Bashing Site on the web and get it over with.
@lexia:
the only way you're going to know a person's racial identity (how they personally identify), especially someone who looks like here, is if the tell you. Even if they say they are black, let's not be real...people of African descent who either do or don't identify as Black, but have a lot of White or other mixture in the bloodline are preferred in the main stream media and in the hip-hop industry. Theirs is the marketed standard of beauty. And it's more appreciated than that of women of the darker spectrum; and those who have broader features. You're not going to see a mo'nique lookin' chick on this dude's arm. Not even if she were skinny or small in size. The same goes for most males in that industry. that's how they are.
@Lianthe,
They like 'their own' women because Black women are of a wide aesthetic range, but they don't like those of the dark hues and broader features. If you're not shaped like a coco-cola bottle or a model, they don't want you. At least, not most of these urban hip-hop heads. Especially the ones out west.
HER NAME IS MARLENA CAMPBELL....SHE'S BLACK N GERMAN N SHE'S.....19!! N HOW OLD IS HE? BUT ANYWAYZ...SHE WAS A PART OF CHRIS STOKES' WIFES NEW LABELS GIRL GROUP, BELLA BROWNE, BUT MYSTERIOUSLY LEFT....I KNOW A SECRET OF THEIRS [MARQ's n Nena's] THAT I WAS TOLD BY A FRIEND THAT WORKS WITH THEM, BUT IMA KEEP IT TO MYSELF...LOLZ. IM SURE YOU'LL GUYS FIND OUT SOONER OR LATER. MTO FINDS OUT EVERYTHING.
He is a homosexual. Besides it is very ovious he hates black women unless they are mixed or light skinned or a latina. I use to love the brothers and now, I went to the other side and ain't coming back. White men just accept beauty in all, they don't care about a fat ass or good hair or any of that. They are just men, real men.
@shag11,
yes, black people notice it because not only do black folks face discrimination based on race, but they face discrimination based on skin tone and features. So, by default, we notice these things and they do bother many of us. Not to say that it's anyone's business whom another person loves, dates, marries, fawks; but folks notice it and always consider the stark biases in society that are against the darker spectrum.
Besides, when you say 'dating a sista', this isn't the typical sista that black folks who live among other black folks see everyday. She's much darker.
@strongforu,
but it's been suggested that those guys had a 'relationship' well into dude's adulthood. Girl, go to corbis and getty images and look at archival pictures of dude and his group. Who in their right mind would let their son dress like that? And that homo-erotic marketing that has been popular since like the late 90's they used that in his branding.
So, I'm look...what? And the stories I've heard. I won't even go there, but scour the net.
Why would so many random folks make up those kinds of stories on one person? I've never seen that done before.
@TDR25,
underneath being Black is whole lot of mixture in the bloodlines, bro. That's what the issue really boils down to. And the fact that all people of African descent don't necessarily call themselves Black. Therefore, all 'Black' people are not the same. We are not.
MTO denigrating males? How about the entire music industry denigrating Black and Latino females, especially those of the darker aesthetic range?
You know about the homo-thug and dl culture and how it ties directly to how women have been portrayed in black music over the past 15 years. And during this 15 years some of the most powerful executives at these media outlets like Viacom, BET, and MTV have been gay males, and African descended females...so it makes you wonder.
It makes you wonder about these suspect male artist always touting some mixed looking chick, as if the way she looks is a reflection of how masculine they are. The whole set up seems as if it's meant to hide something.
That's why people are making an issue of it. Hey, folks from their own camp have been shining the light on them as being suspect...the ridicule isn't coming from nowhere.
!TDR25
But it's the record and media outlet execs that allow this stuff on the airways. So, aside form the women participating disrespecting themselves, asking for it, the females exposed to it on the other end are disrespect and improperly influenced (yeah, there's a lot of bad parenting, but...)
So, the execs at Viacom Zionist? lol. I don't know much about Zionism...
