I'm glad she's doing that because those prison gurads don't give a dam about those men health nor does the doctors that they have for them in there, they all work together they just don't give a dam about the prisoners.

Like everyone else has already stated, I think she has every reason to do so...this situation was NOT coincidental in the least.

Too bad he had to be in jail in the first place.I doubt that she will receive anything.

I'm glad she's doing that because I was highly skeptical with them saying he died of natural causes. I hope the truth comes out.

I don't think she'll get anything; he died of natural causes (with his fat dead beat ***!).

@ Roni..Dayyyum you didn't have to be so harsh...LOL.. Anyways... I don't think she will get anything because they brought in a neutral coroner and they said he died from heart disease. True enough you do have to watch these guards because they definitely mistreat people. But the autopsy didn't show any signs of trauma or injury. So I dont think she will get any money. She might be trying to find a way to cover all the bills and finances he left behind. He didn't have enough money to pay for child support so you know he didn't have a will so her and the kids could live comfortable. There are no winners in this.

I think some of ya'll are missing the point of her lawsuit. She's not saying they CAUSED his death. She's sayong they could've PREVENTED his death, but they ignored his medical condition until it was too late. If he got medical attention earlier, his death may never have happened. And if she can prove that, please beleive she'll be getting some money because that's negligence on their part hence the lawsuit. They'll have no choice but to compensate her for her loss because it was their fault. Personally, I hope she gets millions because if his death was the result of some bullsh*t guards who decided to strap him to a chair instead of sending him to the hospital--or at least their infirmary--then they need be ashamed of themselves. They should lose their jobs, too!

She better get ready to break some bread and hire some expert witnesses to perform other autopsies then, otherwise she might not get sh*&, the county got bread and will fight to the end until she runs out of $... Good luck to her, something wasn't right!

My heart goes out to the Levert Family, they have had to deal with so much. If she finds piece this way, I hope she gets what she wants.

Isn't it the widow's fault he died in prison any way. Give me as break. If she got a job he would still be here RIP.

I'm glas someone has the gutts to look in the situation because right off the back when I heard it seemed too strange. I'll keep the family in my daily blessings and may the wife get to the bottom of this so her hubby can rest in peace with his brother and many more angels above.
