: First Mike and now Evander. MediaTakeOut.com is hearing that former heavyweight champ Evander Holyfield is broke. Here's what the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is reporting:
The mother of Evander Holyfield's 10-year-old son — one of nine children he's fathered — says the boxing icon has missed two child-support payments, filing a petition for contempt in the Fayette County Superior Court.Toi Irvin, who lives in Clayton County, said she was told by Holyfield's representatives not to expect the payments — $6,000 total — for May and June.
"It wasn't so much that he didn't pay," said Irvin's attorney, Randy Kessler. "She was told they didn't know if she would be paid at all."
The former heavyweight champion appears to be in serious financial trouble. His palatial estate in Fayette County is under foreclosure, according to a legal notice that appeared in a local newspaper, and is set to be auctioned by Washington Mutual Bank on July 1. The home is worth an estimated $10 million.
That's what these dumb fukks get! I'm so over feeling sorry for filthy rich mf's who buy 10 million dollar homes that, even if paid for in cash, cost upwards of 100,000 a year to LIVE in with taxes, maintenance and other household bills.
Unless you've set yourself up very well financially... how the fukk do you come up with 100,000 a year just to live out of ONE of your homes?

all of those idiots who were saying that theres nothing wrong with Floyd Mayweather throwing around wads of money, wearing two watches, tearing up $100 bills, look at where Holyfield and Tyson are right now..Tyson was making unbelievable money back in his day..now hes sleeping on his friends couch..to maintain a palatial estate, you have to keep making huge sums of money every year..you cant afford to have your money come up short and have a bad year..you cant afford to have a bad fight, or get injured or become a scrub..these dudes also have all these damn kids that they have to support..why does Evander have 9 f*ckin kids? these people cant afford to keep up with their expenses and they refuse to scale down because they think they can make the money up some how..a lot of the time, they dont even know how bad their financial situation is because they have lawyers and accountants that take care of everything

THE HOUSE IS 56,000 SQ FT ON 200 ACRES AND THE MAN HAVE STOCK GALORE IN COKE COLA SHIIT HIS BASEBALL FIELD HAVE A COLA SCORE BOARD. I DON'T BELIEVE THIS STORY. HE PAID CASH FOR THAT HOUSE. WHEN HE FOUGHT BOWE AND TYSON HE PAID FOR THAT HOUSE IN CASH. SO ITS NO MORTGAGE UNLESS IT'S FORECLOSING BECAUSE OF TAXES ON THE HOUSE.
if you have a 40 million dollar estate, do you know how much the maintenance is? it will cost hundreds of thousands of dollars a month to keep it up? just with staff, landscaping, heating, cooling, water, electricity..jesus, I dont even want to know how much it costs to keep a 40 million dollar home up and running..these people are also victims of bad investments, they get robbed by their lawyers and accountants and their money is mis-spent it can happen to anyone no matter how much money you make

Everyone in Atlanta already know this but, one of his baby mammas was a morning radio jock in Atlanta. She got pregnant by Evander while he was still married. She dissapeared after that. I think she was on with Frank Ski.

I have a hard time feeling sorry for him because he should have gotten a financial advisor to invest his money....And taken his ass to Walgreens or CVS to invest in soem condoms...a long time ago.
