Marc's been skinny that way most of his life, same as his father and sister. He's been a long-time cigarette smoker. Nicotine is recognized now as highly addictive, but that was suppressed for years. We know nicotine is a stimulant and it suppresses the appetite and speeds up metabolism. Marc's been performing in Europe lately. I think he's a dynamic and charming performer, and his voice is strong and beautiful. When he sings, he's usually in motion too; he enjoys dancing. So how many more calories will he need to burn for energy and brain power that ***, plus help him keep up with his tour schedule? Probably thousands more, is my guess. Marc looks thinner, but at least he honors his commitments and is able to deliver consistently to audiences. He could be eating more than we think.. Hope he'll think seriously about a decision to quit smoking, soon: maybe the next time he looks at their darling twins. Marc and Jenn are a beautiful couple and I wish them blessings and many more happy years together.
