: MediaTakeOut.com has just learned that there’s an uproar in the G-Unit camp. As we reported to you earlier this week, G-Unit’s label Interscope did not ship adequate copies of CD’s to retailers. And now early sales of G-Unit’s album are looking very disappointing.
According to the website hitsdailydouble.com. 50 Cent’s group will sell only slightly more than 100,000 units in first week sales in the U.S.
And here’s how a member of G-Unit puts the mood at 50’s camp:

This happened for a number of reasons:
50 cent is a smart business man but his moves have offended a lot of people. 50 always is enemies are start trouble with different artist in the games. You can not always go at people to hard.
Also the Young Buck situation disturb me personally, I think G Unit and Young Buck went about that in a terrible way. 50, Banks, Yayo, they should have forgave Young Buck. Young Buck should have not said [EXPLETIVE] his click....
It was a tough situation for all of the guys because they was once cool, so I am sure that hurt a lot of them, but I wish they could have talked it over like men, 50, Banks and Yayo, should have set Buck down and discuss there concerns with him and ended just like that...
50 took out Ja Rule, Bodies Cameron, made enemies with a lot of other men, so it is a combination of things...
But 50 is a smart business man, and I admire that side of him but his music is on the way down....

I like Fiddy too however I don't think it was a smart move to release an album when none of the singles you are putting out has even reached the TOP 10. Those two singles from TOS are WEAK singles in my opinion and Fiddy of all people should know that. I think he was thinking the album will sell based on all the drama thats going in his personal life. They are not even playing G-Unit songs on the radio where I live. Don’t expect too many fireworks at music retail over the Fourth of July weekend.
Coldplay’s Capitol Music Group album Viva La Vida, Lil Wayne’s Cash Money/Universal Motown release Tha Carter III and Disney’s Camp Rock soundtrack will once again dominate next week’s chart, according to one-day sales reports from around the good ole U.S. of A as it prepares to celebrate its 232nd birthday in high style.
There will be some debuts, however, headed by Interscope 50 Cent posse G-Unit, which should finish just behind the big three with a one-week total of 110k for its new album, T.O.S. (Terminate on Sight), their first in five years.
Columbia serial dater John Mayer is up next with his new CD/DVD live album, Where the Light Is, which should do around 70k. Hopefully, it will include some of his excellent between-song stand-up patter as well as photos of his Caribbean vacation with Jennifer Aniston.
Veteran Kansas City rapper Tech N9ne return with Killer, on his own Strange Music label, distributed through UMGD’s Fontana, which looks like it could do 40k.
Epic’s Chicago proto-punks Alkaline Trio are back with their major label debut, Agony and Irony, with a target of 35-40k in first-week sales.
Disney High School Musical ingénue (and Zac Efron squeeze) Vanessa Hudgens is in the 25-30k area for her new Hollywood Records solo album, Identified.
Asylum mixtape Jim Jones Presents Byrdgang looks headed for 20k in sales, followed by Epic’s Los Lonely Boys’ third solo album, Forgiven, at 15-20k
The market was down 8% vs. last week, down 13% vs. same week last year and now down 11% year-to-date.
Just be sure not to blow off any of your fingers handling fireworks this week, kids.

Sales all over the music industry are down and Rap music sales are the worst except for one or two artists. Rap music has had such a negative impact on the life of blacks.
