This issue is expected in most marriages. They will find some agreement that works best for each party. I want to make a comment for those hating on Beyonce. There is nothing wrong with making a responsible decision to wait to have children until your ready. She is still a very young woman at the height of her career, you have to take advantage when you can because the industry is fickle. Besides most of these female celebrities have kids and dump them on the nanny once the novelty wears off. Look at Britney Spears, she had two kids, decided she didn't want to be bothered and gave custody to her ex. And JLo has already had three nannies quit on her because she was making them work sixteen hour days,seven days a week, so she's not even taking care of her own damn kids. And Beyonce has admitted in previous interviews that it's hard for her to keep her weight down, so she's probably worried she won't be able to recover fast enough to still be relevant in the business.
