Well now MediaTakeOut.com is hearing whispers that Da Brat just agreed to accept a plea deal. According to our insider, the plea would have her accept a 10 year sentence - with 3 years of jailtime mandatory.

A bottle with liquid can do some damage. A dude here DC is a probation officer. One day in a club someone came up behind him and cracked him in the top/back of the head with a bottle. He does not remember the incident and has a permanent gash. It was probably someone that he sent back to the pen in the past for violating their parole. Ok, so here is the real scenario. The girl that was assaulted, is a part time model, and cheerlead. She at times makes ends meet as a hostess, at certain clubs in Atlanta, and Miami. Da Brat had been trying to get with the this particular girl all night long. Each time the victim turned down Da Brat’s sexual advances. At one point in the evening, Da Brat actually cornered the girl, and touched her on her breasts, ass and thighs. The girl, in an effort to dissuade Da Brat from her unwanted physical advances, pushed Da Brat. At that point Da Brat reach over on to someone’s table, retrieved a bottle of vodka, and struck the girl over the head, not only splitting her forehead, but also cutting the inside of the girls eye. Now for those of you that think that a three year incarceration doesn’t fit this crime. Than I say, someone should crack your heads open. And then ask you, if you still feel the same way. Better yet lets flip the script. What if it had been a man that hit the girl over the head, instead of a woman? You all would be asking for the death penalty. Here’s some education for those of you that may not know….. Bull Dikes, as they are commonly known in some circles, can and often are even more physically aggressive towards women then men. It you have any doubts about this, just visit a lesbian club in New York or just about any urban city. These assaults, rarely get reported, because the police see it as a girl, on girl thing. However they are starting to crack down, on women, that hit other women as though it was male, on female assault. Further education…. For those of you that think that Da Brat, is going to go to prison, and start running sh#t, you all must be living on another planet. There are women in some of these prisons that weigh 230-250lbs. And are doing life for murder without the possibility of parole. There are women in these prisons that ran drug cartels doing 20 to life, and have nothing to lose. In other words, REAL THUGS!!!!! DA Brat, (please.) The only thing that could save her in there, is protective custody. Or she can pay out a whole lot of extortion money, to insure her safety from the females that really run sh#t. And it’s just not about sex, that’s would be the fun part for someone like Da Brat. No, it’s about other goings on, that happen in there, that I won’t even bother to mention.
