He was at a birthday party a few days ago in NJ. It was a "kids" party and there was adult supervision. Photos were taken of what "appears" to be a lap dance given to Justin by a woman. The girl in the picture is the girlfriend of Justin's older stepbrother, who will remain nameless. I'll just say, he's Al B. Sure's biological son. They were just playing. She's only 15 years old, and not in her 20's as reported by Miss Jones this morning. I don't know if the pics show it, but Justin's arms were actually being held while she sat on his lap. The whole incident lasted under 10 seconds, but enough pics were taken to start a scandal.
