Cocain is a POWERFUL DRUG! I'm still rockking the Diary of a Mad Band Album in my ipod. Jodeci was beyond SERIOUS when they out and to be honest their old music is much better than half of the wack R&B now. I used to wanna have DaVantae & Dalvin's babies back in the day lol. Oh, how times have changed.
Guys, You can't knock Jodeci! We all make bad choices. If Micheal Jackson and Jodeci dropped an album today, you'll buy it! Reguardless of what they look like, you can't knock the talent! The only problem i had with them was, K-Ci and Devante let a girl get in between them. Apparently, she was dating both of them at the same time. When they found out about it, the group broke up! I truly believe if(when) they come out with another album, It will probably be one of the hottest albums we've heard in a long time. That's why alot of people are looking towards a Jodeci reunion. Like i said, Can't knock the talent!
I still think Jodeci was one of the best R&B groups of all time but karma is a bitch. Jodeci treated their fans like s***. Rumor has it that one of the guys is suffering from HIV and Devante looks like a well dressed corpse. Dalvin and Devante use to be some good looking brothers. Goes to show what rough and fast living will do to you. You can only push your body so far before it shuts down. Its sad to see this!!

Wow - they were 1 of the TOP R&B groups! And, if the group broke up over some trivial sh1t, that's a DAMN shame! What a waste. "Forever My Lady". "Stay". Can't get these classics out of my head.
From the MTO pics, JoJo looks ok. I mean he has on shades & you can't see his eyes. Dalvin's shaded up too but looks ok. He also looks gay. K-CI on the other hand, looks like... what can I say? He just looks like K-CI, lol!
But, DeVante is another story. NO shades. And, the EYES are the 'windows to the world'. Just staring at this poor guy's face tells it. He's either cracked out or doped out or sumpin'!

Damn..and to think I used to be in love wit me some DeVante when I was a youngin'..now look at him!! Lookin like a blind crack head wit glass eyes and unlaced sneakers!! And Dalvin..the "Back in the day" picture is HORRIBLE..lookin a bit tamborine-ish (if u see where I'm going) Not feeling the dainty detail of his petal edged leather jacket.
This is what happens when you party too much over the years. You start looking like Jodeci. Entertainers who take good care of themselves don't age like Jodeci has. Devante and Dalvin don't sing much anyway. Kci and JoJo were the singers and have been grinding out hits by themselves. It is hard to believe that Devante started out Timberland, Missy Elliot, and Genuine and messed up managing their careers. They are all super talented. As a group, I liked Boys II Men better anyway. Jodeci came in with a bang and left with a wimper.
Let these guys, who once stood as an incredible sex symble to most females, serve as a testiment in the above picture; that drugs will mess you up. Abusing your body, mind and spirit with drugs will suck the very life out of your appearenc. Its amazing how some people get better with age and some who used to be amazingly attractive become so unfarmiliar looking. I can't beleive what I see. These dudes look different only KC and JoJo are a little indentifiable, they just look a little aged. But Dalvin looks different and Devante doesn't look anything the way he used to in the early 90's. Chicks used to love this dude. Even my ex girl friend used to be so crazy over this cat. I wounder what she would say now? This dude looks finished. No offense I'm just calling a spade a spade when I see it....
And I'll let it be known, jodeci was one of the Greatest singing groups of the early 90's, they appealed to the urban swagger of that time. I prefered to listen to them over boyz II Men on ant given day or sunday. "Come and talk to me", "I'm fiending", "stay", "Forever my lady" What? These joints defined the group in their most talented display of hot joints ever. Jodeci had it all... beautiful women, hit songs, especially "come and talk to me", talent, a promising career and then just like that "snap(finger)" everything just evaporated. They started out with mary J. Blidge,a spanish singer from the bronx called nesto and Father MC just to name a few; and Heavy D was the one who introduced them to Andre Harell, of the lable known then as uptown records. Mary J. Blidge and KC used to be an item for a hot minute and Sean "puffy" combs used to manage their(jodeci) look, appearence, and dress code. He gave them the swagger they that mad them hot. What the hell happen to this group. It makes me so sad to see the end result of what started to look like a promising adventure, for these dudes in music. This is so sad....
