What this showed was that Beyonce, like her father said, is not the best singer. I was expected to be blown away by her performances; however, they left me flat and bored. I was sure she was going to kill the Etta James bit.....it wasn't great. I think my expectations were just too high. A lot of the women she sang with had way more talent and range than her.
