I've been on my house hunt. I found a couple of places locally worth considering. They are very nice actually. My plans were to move to Texas in January, but with the frequency of hurricanes in the golf.. its pointless to trade Miami for Texas right now.

Besides with the real estate crash, and decreased interest rates... the market in Miami is finally becoming affordable. Im looking at a nice 1700 square foot condo as one of my options.

And also looking around for a second job to get to my downpayment goal faster before interest rates go back up. <- in a nutshell

"What Jay and I have is real. It's not about interviews or getting the right photo op. It's real," Beyonce told Essence magazine in its November issue.

The singer says she did not want an engagement ring.

"People put too much emphasis on that," she told the mag. "It's just material and it's just silly to me."

According to Essence, the R&B superstar wears a band over a tattoo of the Roman numeral IV, which is significant because both Beyonce and Jay-Z were born on the fourth day of the month and they were married on April 4.
