Yes, these people are ignorant, however, let me remind everyone that Obama will be the next president because most white people look past skin color. The percentage of african-american people voting this year is only a fraction of the country as a whole. Obama is comfortably ahead even in states with no african-american base such as Iowa, Vermont/New Hampshire, and New Mexico. Yes, this campaign has brought out ignorant white people based on fear, but give credit where credit is due.....for a black man to make history this year it takes an overwhelmingly majority of white voters to make this happen.
