I feared this would happen when William Balfour was arrested and the boy was nowhere to be found. This William was a monster and I am hearing he had been asked to leave their house in the past for thugish behavior. This should have been a warning to them. I hate this happened and I pray God gives them the strength they need make it through this difficult time.

WBBM-AM, Chicago, reported the body is that of Julian King, Hudson's nephew, who had been missing since the slayings were discovered Friday. The body was inside a white Chevrolet Suburban that had been parked on the street all weekend. WBBM said a neighbor looked into a window Monday morning, spotting the body.

Hudson Sunday offered a $100,000 reward for information leading to the return of her 7-year-old nephew.

Police were questioning William Balfour, 27, the estranged husband of Hudson's sister, Julia. He was held on an unrelated parole violation.

That is so so so sad and devastating. It has to be soo hard to be mourning the loss of your mother and brother then to have to worry and wonder where your nephew is. I thankfully still have my mother but I have lost three brothers to Sickle Cell so I know how death feels. If something happened to my nephew I would go looney so my heart really goes out to Jennifer and her sister! Dang and they say the body was tortured, who would be so evil??!!

I was watching Fox 11 Chicago via the internet, & one of the reporters was live at the scene where the white SUV was found this morning. The police had just wrapped up another press conference. The reporter says a gentlemen was very agitated in stating to the police chief, " I saw this SUV in the neighborhood & called it in on SATURDAY. WHY DIDN'T THE POLICE COME OUT TILL THIS MORNING TO COME CHECK IT OUT???"

Not only that, another neighbor had also called the cops to report spotting the SUV, yet again, apparently they didn't find the SUV until 6 am this morning.

I don't have the words to express how how angry I am over this. DAMN.

Another aspect that has pissed me off regarding the coverage of Julian King in the media is....I rarely even saw any pictures of the kid. Everytime they reported on the story, all they showed was Jennifer Hudson's face. There was a freaking AMBER ALERT for this missing kid, for crying out loud, yet they barely showed his face. WTF?

From what I have heard as of LATE yesterday night, (I am a Chicago resident), William make a threat of killing them a week ago. I wish they wouldn't have taken that lightly. Also, this morning people are upset with Chicago Police (I can't stand them for personal reasons), because two people told them about this truck that fit the description, nobody came out to see about this vehicle. And, the pregnant girlfriend, just changed her story, saying he was not with her. HMMMMMM, I guess just after the boy was killed she didn't want any parts of that; because she would go to jail also. The truck was found blocks from the pregnant girlfriend's house. I knew as soon as that reward money was offered someone would sing like a bird. That is why I laugh at the justice system, it is a JOKE. This is tragic situation and I hope this opened up some eyes for many people, and some lessons were learned!

Not to down Julia, but if you watched the press conference, she clearly indicated that her mother played the motherly role to her son. It was Julia & Jennifer's mom, or "grandma" who got the boy up for school, washed his clothes and basically cared for him.

Like so many other grandmas, she was "momma" to Julian. Julia may have birthed him, but it appears that she had no real emotional connection to him. Maybe that's the reason for the lack of emotion. It's not right, but that's how many mothers are now days.

The body was found inside a 1994 white Chevy Suburban. It is the same SUV owned by Jason Hudson, the murdered brother of Jennifer. Before his arrest, cops were looking for William Balfour, the suspect and estranged husband of Jennifer's sister. The license plate of the Suburban matches Jason's SUV.

The SUV was found a few miles from the area where cops arrested Balfour.

The SUV is now being towed from the scene. Unclear if the body is still at the scene. No ID so far.

Neighbors say the vehicle has been parked there since Saturday. Balfour was arrested Friday night.

Reminds me of a few weeks back, they found a 12 year old girl in an apartment with her throat slit. Her stepfather did it, and he was arrested. He was in his late twenties, and the mom was in her very late thirties. I think he may have been trying to mees with that lil girl, and she threatened to tell her mom. Now he trying to claim he's crazy. I don't think the DA is buying it though.

Thank you for yet another example of mom's boyfriend harming her kids. Women have to start taking responsibility for who they expose their kids to. I would love to know how Julia expected someone who did time for ATTEMPTED MURDER would be an excellent role model for her son???

In the press conference she did, she let the world know that she wasn't really a "mother" to her son anyways. She was one of those deadbeats that let her own mother raise her son. She said there were plenty of times where Julian would call her grandma and call her own mother mom. Women like that irk me. If you have a child, leave these ex-convicts alone and focus on raising your child.

I think Julia is in shock and possibly denial which would explain her lack of emotion. I know first hand how some people can become emotionally detached making others question their grief. One of my family members did that when his wife (my cousin) died. Some people are just emotionally detached but that doesn't mean they don't grieve in private. The vehicle that was found in Chicago with a body inside could be the key in unlocking the mystery behind the murders.

A neighbor who lives a block away from where the SUV was discovered says he remembers seeing the car Saturday. During the police press conference, the man came forward and claimed he called cops that same day but no one responded.

Meanwhile, two other neighbors tell a Chicago reporter they are sure the SUV was not there on Saturday. If true, it would mean someone other than the suspect, William Balfour, drove it there with the body inside. Im not sure what went wrong with this situation but it distrubs me deeply. Probably because I have a seven year old son too. When I initially heard the news, I immediatly dropped to my knees and prayed for this baby. I am so saddend to hear that a body has been found, Lord knows I hope its something/someone else. I feel so sad for the Hudson family. I don't know how they will handle this horrific tragedy. These seem like such senseless deaths. The little boy Julian is so cute in the picture above. Like a lot of the posters were saying: How can anyone kill and torture that cute little boy? I have a son who is adult now. I thought back to when he was seven. He liked to wrestle and play in the dirt. He loved riding his bike and always had a grin on his face. I cannot imagine what kind of person could kill such a beautiful child. Why is it like this? Why?

So much stuff happens on a daily basis that its unusual for me to feel grief about news like this. But this hurts so bad!! My heart sank when I heard they found him. Like I said before. This child looks so much like my son its eerie. And like my son, he was described as a sensitive sweet child. WHY??? And to think what he lived thru his finally moments. He probally saw his grandma and uncle killed. Then he has to live not knowing what was gonna happen to him. I cant imagine such a thing for anyone to go thru but a sweet innocent child...I cant comprehend it. I pray for the Hudson family and everyone touched by this. I cant wait to get my kids from school so I can hug them. This is horrible!!!!

This case will probably be solved within the next 3 days....They have the last pc of the puzzle now. Jennifer/Julia have 1 more tragic hurdle to get over...and then the healing process will begin.The question is...How will this END before that begins?...wow.

I can't imagine how it must feel to lose a child since I don't have any, or to lose a parent for that matter so I won't say how I would feel but I have lost people that were close to me and I know how much that hurt not to compare to the loss of a child or a parent and though I never knew that Hudson's personally this is eating me up something terrible. My pastor teaches that we have to be reminded that in times of darkness such as this that all of us are only on this earth for just a little while before God brings us home. God brings loved ones home and we won't ever understand why or how. This makes me feel like the Hudson family were family members of my own and this has gripped me like everyone else. Just know that God will bring justice and healing to this family and just know that God is still in control and her family is in Heaven, not in pain but are rejoicing with God. May God help and hold the Hudson and King families.

Can we all remember to keep the family in prayer? This bickering back and forth defeats the purpose that a child was innocently murdered.

The fact is that we are all hurting by this, and we are all grieving. Only the sad thing by bickering back and forth we are not honoring Julian's life.

Now I don't know her, and I'm not taking up for her or anyone else. But wrong is wrong is wrong and ya'll wrong for jumping on her for saying a simple phrase, as "Have a Happy Monday."

If you think about it, why not consider this day Happy. We should be happy for those of us whose families are still alive, for us single parents who should be Happy because our children woke up this morning, Happy because our children are safe. And one more damned thing, let's be Happy and rejoice that Julian is now wrapped in our Saviors Loving Arms, free from pain. Be Happy that he is in Heaven and no longer suffering from seems to be a brutal death.

I think for us to sit here and judge Julia's lack of emotion or grieving is "just wrong!" There is no way we can sit here and even begin to understand what is going on inside her heart. This woman lost a child, for God's sake.

People handle grieving differently. It could be possible that her physician could have her heavily sedated and thus leaving a void of emotions. So dazed that yes, her interview seemed emotionless, her waving at someone, really who cares. The fact of the matter is that she is hurting. Let's just not judge, rather less sympathize with her and her family.

Keep her covered in prayer and let the investigators do their jobs.

I am reading the posts and I feel the same as a lot of people. I am disusted and nauseous andm so tired of hearing about innocent children being hurt, murdered and abused.

I live in Baltimore and recently two children were murdered by their adopted mother, put into a freezer and then transported to a new home. A third child was taken away from the mother severely abused. The mother was still collecting money from the state for the two children she had murdered.

A four year old was thrown over a bridge into the Chesapeake Bay in February. His father wanted to get back at the child's mother, and so he decided to kill his own son to make a point.

The reason I am telling these stories is that we have a big problem in America. Our children are being slaughtered right in front of our eyes and since I am the grown-up now, I think that I should do something about it. I don't know what it is about this particular story, maybe it is that beautiful round face and tummy, but I just can't stand it anymore. There has to be a better way of protecting our children. People who attack children do it because they can. They know that children cannot fight back.

I don't have any ready answers right now, but I am going to think about this. Say a prayer for us all.

Our thoughts are with the Hudson family in this tragic time in their lives. I was reading her MySpace blog and she thanked everyone for their support. I was mad because there were idiots on there saying that this is just a publicity stunt so she could sell more albums. Those people are so sick. One of them had the nerve to called themselves an allah and one dude was just a very immature kid. We have got to do better as a society and stop being full of hate.

I just have one question. How is this truck sitting on a residential street, all of the cars parked around the suv, not one person knew that the police was looking for this damn truck? From what I read from Daily News: Julian's body was found in a white Chevy Suburban that was parked in a violent, drug-infested neighborhood on the west side of Chicago - not far from where Balfour had been shacked up with another woman.

"He's like a cool little cat," an upstairs neighbor of the woman said.

It was a dog walker who spotted the suspicious truck and called the cops.

They quickly determined that it matched the one sought in an Amber Alert that was issued after the double murder Friday.

As police searched through weed-strewn vacant lots and alleys, neighbors said the first noticed the truck on Sunday.

"I'd seen it out there three or four times yesterday," one woman, who would not give her name, said. She could not explain why she didn't call police.

Who remember when Julia said that the last time she seen Julian was on her b-day. Why didnt she see him on Fri, kids where out from school wasnt they and I knew she didnt have to drive school buses because there were no kids to pick up. Why was her mom waiting for her the night of her b-day, could it be that she came home extra late, or could it be that she came home extra late and Julian was not with her. You see her mom and brother knew that Julian was last seen with her and they probably was going to call the cops if her wasnt there the same morning because the last person to see him alive was Julia, and she couldnt let that happen, so somehow the mother and the brother are killed because they were the only people who knew that Julian didnt return home with him mom the night of her b-day. "The body was found in the back seat of the white Chevrolet Suburban police were looking for in their search for Julian, three days after actress-singer Jennifer Hudson's mother and brother were found shot to death in the mother's house in Englewood.

Law enforcement sources said that the boy was shot multiple times in the back of the vehicle. Police are testing the clothing of a man in custody for gunshot residue.

Police Supt. Jody Weis planned to hold a press conference at 4 p.m. today.

Police arrived at the Suburban with Illinois license plate X584859 before 8 a.m. in the 1300 block of South Kolin Avenue, after receiving a call of a suspicious vehicle.

It was found by a 75-year-old who lives on the block, John Louden. He said he has lived on the block for 18 years and worried about people selling drugs in the abandoned building behind it. He saw the SUV while walking his dog. After a double-take, he realized the license plate matched the one police were looking for.

"I didn't look in there. I didn't touch it. I knew it was a strange vehicle," Louden said. He said police showed up in about five minutes after his wife called them. They discovered the child inside. The body was removed and the SUV was towed away for evidence processing. "I feel bad about that baby," Louden said."

Cofeecolor, From sktechy reports, it was over a car. He was recently kicked out of Momma Hudson's home, and last week, he stole (or tired to steal) Julia's car... and a fight ensued outside the house.

Witnesses said he threatened Julia that he would seek revenge by 'killing her family', but she said that she never took it serious.

This funny lookin' muthaphuka did not walk from girlfriends house where his car was 10.11 miles to the house kill every damn body drive the SUV 13.49 miles away and walk another 1.93 miles back to his girls house and not one person see his retarded ass. Now depending on his starting location if he was nearby at someone else house and walked over and did all the shooting got in the SUV. Assuming Julian was still alive, who should have been very hard to get from the house to the car unnoticed. (screaming and kicking, crying or sleep-not likely, or dead) Drive 13.49 miles away and somewhere in the process killing him (before or after leaving the house) Abandon the SUV with his body in it walk 1.93 miles to his girlfriends house where he was found with his phuck it bucket. Why take the kid and kill him elsewhere? or why take the kids dead body from the location which would leave a resonable amount of blood all over the person who carried him. Or was he still alive and for $100,000 somebody was gonna get to snitching. Kill him dump the car and coincedently it get located not even 24 hours after the reward offer. The girlfriend house was searched for hours on Friday after William was in custody obviously nothing was found or he would have been charged. I'm sorry but it is not adding up. There is someone else involved. Who? is the question. If he was shot multiple times while in the car then there would be blood spraying on the shooter. If he was shot in the house the person carrying him to the truck would have a significant amount of blood on them. Something is very wrong with this picture. Please note I am only express this because I have 3 kids myself and this has pissed me off and you never know who could be reading these post, maybe it will help in some way get the person who has done this. No one is perfect including Law Enforcement, they were less then 2 miles from the truck (if it was there all of this time) and didn't locate it. Things are being overlooked. Instead of trying to find the answers on who did this they are on a witch hunt to make the person who they believe did it be guilty but the problem is in doing that you have no real evidence. Chicago PD need to stop being bias, open there damn eyes and start the process of elimination and stop acting like the investigation is complete because you think you have your man. But is he?
