: MediaTakeOut.com just caught wind that there's another twist in the saga of the brutal murder of actress/singer Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother and nephew. According to the Chicago Tribune, the suspected killer killer, William Balfour may have had help in committing the murders.
Here's what they're reporting:
The body of Hudson's 7-year-old nephew, Julian King, was discovered Monday morning in the back of Jason Hudson's Chevy Suburban, parked on a West Side street.Security video at the South Side high school showed someone parking the Chrysler on Friday, but investigators have not been able to determine the person's identity from the images, the sources said. A time stamp on the video showed the car was left there at 12:30 p.m. Friday, but it was unclear whether the stamp was accurate, sources said.
Meanwhile, cell phone records placed Balfour on the West Side at that hour, sources said. If the time stamp is accurate, it would suggest another person may have driven the Chrysler from the Hudson home to Robeson, sources said. In any event, Balfour did not use his own car to travel from the Hudson's Englewood house to his girlfriend's home near 19th Street and Spaulding Avenue on the West Side, police said.

According to a Chicago police report, officers pulled Balfour over June 19 after hearing gunshots and seeing his car moving at a high rate of speed. Inside the vehicle, police said, they found a rock of cocaine with a street value of about $100 on the driver's seat.What???? He gets caught with crack in his car and the police LET HIM GO??? Why do we think that there's more to this story....Balfour's parole history report indicates a parole supervisor declined to issue a warrant to revoke Balfour's parole after his arrest for possession of cocaine.
"Per supervisor ... no warrant," the report reads. "Agent to monitor offender, impose sanctions."
There's evidence this morning suggesting there may have been another person involved in the murder of Jennifer Hudson's mother, brother, and nephew.
Investigators have honed in on William Balfour's movements after the killings on Chicago's South Side, according to the Chicago Tribune, and "are trying to determine" if someone else drove the prime suspect to the West Side, where the body of 7-year-old Julian King was found.
Witnesses have told cops they saw Balfour drive a teal Chrysler to the Hudsons' block on Friday morning, and that car was eventually found about a mile away. The SUV in which Julian was discovered ended up about 13 miles away from the Hudson house.

Steve Harvey said he heard on CNN this morning that the sister is a person of interest but he tried to cover it by saying "you know they just want to ask her some question but not saying she's part of it." they kept saying a cousin found the bodies but the police is saying it wasn't a cousin it was Julia who step in the house and saw a ladies body and back up out the house and called the police.
after watching Nancy Grace last night...alot of things are coming into the limelight....The suspect's mother was on and she stated that J-Hud's brother, Jason, was a drug dealer and had gang affiliation. Of course, this is probably just an accusation from a defensive mother, but it still raises eyebrows. She suggested a drug deal or gang activity could have triggered the attacks. No matter who did this, they will be paying the price on judgement day. What a tragic situation.

The suspect in the Hudson "mystery" is Julia. If you read the article on cnn.com today it states that Julia "found a woman dead on the living room floor backed out and called police at 3 p.m." Julia discovered the bodies not some "family member" as originally reported. Whenever their is a murder of this type and a child is killed the parents are the first people the police look to as suspects. Julia is a suspect, believe me. Just look at the JonBenet case.

It was long speculated drugs was way at the bottom of this and she said it as a matter of fact jason was selling drugs at the house, not like she was just throwin it out there for someone to catch. As detectives continued searching for answers, the Cook County medical examiner's office released autopsy results Tuesday showing Julian King died of multiple gunshot wounds.
Also on Tuesday, new details emerged about Balfour's criminal and personal history.
In June, while on parole for a 1999 attempted murder conviction, Balfour was arrested for possession of cocaine.
According to court records, Balfour was stopped by officers after he got out of a vehicle that had turned a corner at high speed in an area where police were investigating calls of shots fired. Police found drugs in the car Balfour was driving.
The Illinois Department of Corrections was contacted about the new drug charges because he was on parole, but the agency decided not to revoke his parole and return him to prison, according to the records.
The case was dropped on July 16 after Cook County Circuit Judge David Skryd found police had no probable cause to arrest Balfour.
A law-enforcement source said Balfour also had violated his parole by failing to complete required counseling programs for substance abuse and anger management. His case fell through the cracks, the source said.Prisoner Review Board Chairman Jorge Montessaid it is not uncommon for parole violations to go unnoticed.
He said most inmates commit minor violations. Generally, a warrant for arrest on a violation is only issued in cases where a more serious crime or infraction has occurred, Montes said.
Balfour was one of two children born to a mother who worked two jobs to support her family and a father who was serving a 30-year prison sentence for murder.

Wow this story gets crazier everyday...My prayers go to the Hudson/King Family....

These children have no concept of right or wrong and they believe they can take people lives at will. The mother also stated that William told her that Julia planted the drugs in his car to get him locked up again. She went on to state that Julia was jealous of his new relationships. She went on to admit that her son had 2 girlfriends and had moved on with his life...etc…She was sort of ghetto, but I found her to be very forthcoming on a lot of things. I’m not sure I agree with her that her son is innocent, however she brought up some things that make the case more baffling, and that raises eyebrows in regards to Julia’s character. At the end of the day, This just seems like a whole lot of drama, drugs, jealousy, cheating, lies, and hood rat activities and going ons…. that the police is going to have a very difficult time sorting out. Julia was involved with someone that no longer wanted her , and there are reports that she too is being questioned. I think in the end , we will find out that Julia too, is a key player in the resolution of these murders. where did she "RUN" to to call 9-1-1? she doesn't have a cell phone?? There is no phone in the house?? Where did she go to call the police? Was anyone else with her at the home when she discovered a dead body? If she didn't go any where but the livingroom, how did she know her son was missing?? How come she didn't search the house for her son? It's almost like she knew he wasn't inside the home at that time. The main question we all want to know is how did she get to and from work that day? how long was she actually at work that day? Did she work a few hours, her whole shift or did she just go up there to complain about her check? Who was she with on her Birthday night, the night before the murders? and who was with her when she picked Julian up and dropped him back off to his Grandma that night? since she didnt have her own car, who was playing taxi? William? His mother even said on Nancy Grace her son was with Julia on thursday.....

it's been 5 days since the murders and the chicago police still haven't named a suspect. fuk 'person of interest' who the fuk killed those people. the chicago police need to go knock on door to door in the englewood and west side neighborhoods and start asking question. they're focusing on this balfour thug hoping he starts confessing. the accomplice(s) are probably out of the country by now.
not too long ago in chicago a cop and his friend were murdered while sitting in a parked car. police arrested a thug similar to balfour because they said a tape showed his car in the vicinity of the murders doing the time of the murders. they arrested the guy and charged him with murder. they eventually had to release him because it turned out his car was in the shop at that time.
there was a man who lives in the area where the suv with julian in it was found who said he called the cops early saturday morning when he spotted it and they did nothing. the cops are blowing this investigation big time. jhud need to offer that reward money to anyone who provides information leading to the killers of her entire family! fuk relying on the chicago police
@stophatin: I know the public wants to find the killers but don't be so quick to judge Julia's mistakes. Look at where the girl grew up. Some people overcome communities like that while it consumes others their entire lives.
1) She is preparing for a funeral so that's probably why she had her hair done. She'll probably buy a new dress too.

This morning when I went to the store and as I was checking out I noticed Jennifer on the cover of both Ebony and Jet and I thought that was quick they already covering this story. But then I looked at the headlines and it was about her success in the movie "The Secret Life of Bees" and her #1 single "Spotlight". This is the first time I believe that Jennifer has been on two covers at once and her career in both music and films is on fire. Based on her sisters ramblings on her myspace, not iding the body of her son, mother and brother, and her shifting story. Her and William both being there the morning of the murders and her being the one to discover the murders and not looking thru the house to see where her son was and if her brother was alright all fingers point to Julia as the prime suspect. I bet you she had more to do with this than William. The mother of William said he loved Julia and maybe he is covering for her, and knows the system and he had enough lead time to dispose of the evidence. People who live on the street where the truck was found said it wasn't there the day after the murders occured, many said it had to be put there the night before or the early morning before they found it. i just saw on the news a lady saying she saw the white suv driving up and down kolin street several times, finally parking behind a old "raggedy van". she said she saw two (2) men get out and walk toward the vincinity of balfour's pregnant girlfriends house.

With all of the updates and revelations we get on this story there has not been one mention of the sister being suspicious or out of character. None of us, including me, knows what really happened that day. What we do know is 3 innocent people including a helpless child were murdered. My prayer is that they have the right person and the rest of the family can move on from this tragedy.

Contradicting his alibi just means that the time that she gave the police as to when he arrived at her home conflicts with the times he gave. In order for him the have a valid alibi he would have to prove he was at this girlfriend’s home between 9 and 11 am, which was the time of the murders. She is stating that he was not at her home until later that afternoon, after the murders. Now,This is what I read in the Chicago Suntimes. I have heard nothing about him confessing to her that he did it. He needs an alibi to cover his whereabouts. He tried to say he was with her and it is not working. @ cp3 lady….They are holding him, until they can put a case together. It is just a matter of time. Look at how long they held the white girl(the Casey Caylee case) .Strong circumstancial evidence will not stick. You need a confession or some hard core proof. PlainJame you need to read the Chicago Tribune and cnn.com story today. It very clearly states that Julia and William were both at the Yale house(her Mommas House) the morning of the murders. Do you think they were arguing at 6:30 a.m. or more around 9:00 a.m. judging by when neighbors reported hearing them argue, which Julia initially denied having an arguement that morning. The gunshots were coincidentally heard in the "neighborhood" at that time that no one reported, now put the timeline together and it all adds up to both of them being at the scence of the murder at the same time. And if they were having "domestic issues" it seems strange that they spent the night before the murders together on Thursday again the timeline together celebrating her birthday. You really don't have to be an expert in police matters to figure out a suspicious timeline and sequence of events. And oh, yes she was the one who discovered the bodies check cnn.com today for that story and did not go in the house to look for her son or brother just saw the mother and waited outside for authorities at 3 p.m. on her day off work. And also William had a day off work too. How convenient to "estranged" husband and wife share a birthday together the night before a triple homicide occurs when they were both at the house on the same morning of the tragic events? It also seems very "natural" to want to log onto myspace instead of identifying your son in the morgue and letting your sister do that. Maybe because she didn't want to face what she had done, she didn't identify the mother or brother at the morgue either, choose to spend her time adding friends to myspace. I'm sure that is exactly how most innocent people would react to a family tragegy by reaching out to cyberspace friends looking for "good dick". Really get a clue, it really isn't that hard to put the timeline of events and her strange behavior together to implicate her involvement. Who else would benefit besides her if Julian was to be killed? There aren't too many people that have motive to kill children that are not serial killers, it is usually a parent or someone close to them.

October 29, 2008. I think this is extremley tragic but after looking at some underlying facts I was looking at Julia from the start as a suspect. And it kils me to say that but even when they had her on that confernce she was weeping with no tears. and if you black you know how ever black momma is about they kids especially dem boys. they should have been picking her up off the florr. But not only that there are some disturbing clues in her myspace page as she felt like her mother loved he brother and sister more then her and she just had a real unfulfilling outlook on life. even through she was blessed.

Do you think they were arguing at 6:30 a.m. or more around 9:00 a.m. judging by when neighbors reported hearing them argue, ********************************* @ Jonas & 2damnsexxy...you two seem to be well informed so tell me what you think of this theory..Jonas is correct in stating that William was at the house that morning. This is on a few of the articles I have seen. It also states he was in the green chrysler and that they were arguing about some things and that he made threats. Prior to that she must have been at work, possible 6 am or so, hours not unusual for a bus driver..because reports and witnesses say that she angrily called him form work after picking up her paycheck and hearing about garnishment of wages for a car. Now, this car that was being argued over… could be this green car he drove over there in. Reports have said that he took the car, but they were sharing payments. After the garnishements, Julia was probably like I’m going to take the car! If they are garnishing me, you ain’t paying, I’m taking it! this argument was probably close to the times of the murders.( Julia would have had time to get home, etc.) For her to have been to work to pick up a check and have returned to start arguing with him at the house…it had to be darn near 7:30 or 8 at this point. So let’s say the argument got out of hand, Julia took this car that she felt was rightfully hers, maybe? Left him standing there looking crazy. ..or maybe he even followed her? He flips and carries out his threats., and as revenge steals the SUV and the boy. Later on of course, he has to kill him, because he saw everything. Also, please note that the killer likely knew Jason, and knew where his keys were? I don’t think it was robbery, the person killed Jason and took his keys afterwards. William is involved, but Julia fits in somewhere. I can’t figure out where she was for all that time and ?

fire4u, the reason I said trumped charge was that there's no 'common sense' clause. In reality, the charge will stick, unless you have a good lawyer. If someone has your car in motion, and YOU decide to jump on top, that was YOUR choice, they're not trying to kill you, they're trying to escape...same as if you were being jacked and you take off, somehow the perp get stuck to the car, is the manslaughter, 2nd degree, or assault? It's all about persception and intent, now I am by no means defending dude, but CPD can be lazy sometimes, no one on here heard about the Larry Ollins story, those kats did damn near 20 yrs for something they didn't do. OK lets use some sense people. What MTO said is what is going around through the news and every where else.
But the problem is they are not putting this sh** in the correct order. There are a lot of missing links. For now lets use what we know.
10/23- Julia is out for her birthday, had to take Julian with her. (did you notice she said happy birthday to herself at the press conference?)
Julian keeps bugging her to go home with Grandma, a “friend tells him to let his mom enjoy her birthday. (did you notice Julia seemed like she was still aggravated behind it.)
Then the story skips to him being in the car sleep and Julia having a hard time to get him in the house. ( he is like 4’11 and 130 that would be a task considering her physical condition)
Now the Grandmother is waiting at the door. (why?) It was late. The grandmother went upstairs to bed and Julia went to wherever she sleeps downstairs. Where is Julian? Who put him to bed? Or is he still in the car? By the way William sold Julia’s car and Jason had to play taxi . Who car was she driving? She didn’t say she was dropped off.
Where was Jason? Was he already in bed?
Now as of this point the last person to see her mother alive and her son, was Julia. Jason’s whereabouts are unknown. Where was his truck?
The rest of the night goes by. Julia goes to work. What time would that be? Was Jason’s truck there?
After she “leaves” to for work. (how did she get there with no car, did Jason take her?)
Now it must have been shortly after she went to work considering it couldn’t have been the early that she left because she was out all night. And the following is from her MySpace page:

So with perfect timing this person comes to the home in the morning between 8-11am (no one is clear on that) Shoots through the door with great marksmanship and a travelling bullet that bypass the mother and goes upstairs and kills Jason.
Then the mother is shot and killed in the living room. (how?)
There are 3 people in this house before shooting begins. Mother, Brother, and Son.
1 Shooter and no one runs out of the house to get to help and this is broad daylight.
If this shooter was a billy bad a** to start shooting from outside of the house where someone should have saw him. Then why would he take Julian? It’s not his kid. Obviously didn’t care about getting caught for the murders. Why not kill him too or just leave him there?
This unidentified cousin who lives down the street goes over to the house that has a bullet hole through the front door and discovers the Mother on the floor dead @ 3pm? Considering Julia went to work hella early I would think she should have been home by that time.
She comes home at some point and discover what has happened and according to her boss she did her shift at work and left. But to where? She was MIA for a minute. She then calls “Punk” instead of calling Jennifer to tell him what happened. Hell they must not watch the news. He doesn’t understand her And puts Jennifer on the phone. ( why wasn’t she as hurt as she was on that phone call when she had the press conference?)
Now 2 cars are missing in action. Jason’s truck and somebody’s f**k it bucket. If the bucket (green car with hanging head light) is William’s how in the hot hell did he manage to drive both cars at the same time away from the scene? That is some real gifted sh** if he was able to pull that off. But I guess he has skills to kill 2 people in 2 different parts of the house without the other running for there life. And Lets not forget that traveling bullet. (I wonder how much those cost).
No one sees William at the location, no one saw Billy Bad A** shooting in the front of the house. But because he has a criminal record everyone all of a sudden remembers that William threaten revenge because he was trying to steal a car? Is this the same car he sold of Julia’s or is this a different car? Was he mad because they wouldn’t let him steal the car? He would be the one how benefited from the sale of Julia’s car. If Julia was that mad why didn’t anyone file a police report for the stolen car? If he forged her signature on the deed of sale then that is a crime. Why isn’t he being charged for that right now?
And of course after he killed 2 people and did God knows what with Julian he manages to keep in touch with his family through out the day. And of course after a days work instead of him going on the run…. He goes to his New Baby mama’s house and kick it. (What is wrong with this picture).
It seems as if he was over Julia but according to her MySpace page she wasn’t done with him.
What was William gaining from this?
Now Julia on the other hand has a son she really didn’t want, and her mother took care of. And he had the nerve to ruin her birthday with his whining wanting to go home to his grandma. Her other siblings are like more by her parents, they are the talented ones, she is controlling ( probably whipping William’s ass on a regular). @jonas: I don't deal with the Chicago Tribune because that are a right wing conservative Republican newspaper. My source is the Chicago Sun Times and basically from what I know they pretty much get the same information. I still have not read anything ANYWHERE saying she was at the scene of the crime when it occurred. And yes it is QUITE possible that an argument occurred as early as 5 am seeing as though she is a bus driver and he knows her schedule. Their problems did not start with the garnishment of her wages. They were estranged before this happened.
Again you guys are entitled to your opinions, as I am too, but the CPD could give a damn about her sister being an Oscar winning actress. If they thought she was guilty she would be in holding. She has been with her family throughout the entire investigation.

her employer said she DID work that day. julian's school was out due to a teachers meeting. i know a school bus driver who picks up the kids and drop them off at school early morning. she then has a few hours to spend doing whatever until time to return to pick back up the kids and deliver them home. she'll spend that down time at the river boat playing the slots or black jack. she's usually done with her day around 3 or 4 in the afternoon.

I know myspace says I am online when I am not because I get calls from people who tell me so. Especially if you have a high speed internet connection. You may get off of myspace but you are not immediately logged out. Furthermore, there have been times when my son appeared to be online when he was clearly in school. Who cares if she is online? I have been robbed before, at knife point. I didn't fight, I gave up my possessions. I have also been car jacked before. I watched this man jump into my cart and pull off. I didn't go flying down the stairs and jump on top of the car like a scene out of a Bruce Willis movie. I called the police. When the thief realized the police were hot on his trail, he parked my car less than a mile from where he stole it.

Chicago Police have recovered a weapon they believe could be connected to last week’s slayings of relatives of actress and singer Jennifer Hudson, sources said today.
The gun was recovered by police but has not yet been tested to see whether it was involved in the murders of Hudson’s mother, brother and 7-year-old nephew.

I came to the conclusion that if William was involved, he wasn't by himself a long time ago. Again, like most have said, this murder appeared to have been well planned. The alleged reason for him killing the entire family without attempting to harm Julia is a bit strange. The sad thing about it is that the little boy had been shot multiple times when the others were shot maybe once. Is this an act of attempting to collect an insurance policy? People do some crazy things. In the end, if it's more to the story and a relative was involved, I hope the truth will be revealed.

I'm laughing at all the scared negroes on here calling for the death and eternal damnation of William "the boogie man" Balfour. LOL! I admit it doesn't look good for Balfour but before you people get to calling for that black man's head let the evidence manifest. A long time ago I too was implicated around the world in a high profile murder but in my case I had absolutely nothing to do with it and people just like the obviously easily frightened people on here were calling for my head too.

First, they stated a family member found the bodies and a cousin said that Julia never showed up to the scene. And the news media was reporting her missing. Then, another report said she is the one that reported her son missing.
She stated on her interview that she went out with a friend on her birthday, (making it sound like a girl-friend) but it was with the husband.
I listen to William's mother last night and many wants to call her ignorant and ghetto, but I believe there is some truth and what she was saying.
He has never had a weapon charge and never carried one.

I've been following this story since it broke partly because i am from the CHI and I know Jennifer's Uncle so this is not just another family shot and killed kind of story to me. I have listened to all of the breaking news about this story and quite frankly something is not being told whether it is intentional or not. I for one think Balfour did shoot and kill the their Mother and Brother and only killed Julian because he was a witness and knew who did it and could tell. It has been reported time and time again that Julia was the one who found her mom lying on the floor and then instead of checking the rest of the house, she left to have someone call the police which is when they found Jason.
Now as it has been pointed out time and time again, why did she not continue in the house to search for Julian when she knew he should have been there because she dropped him off the night before? I would say it was because if you know someone entered your house and killed your mom i would think twice about walking in only because the killer may still be there. But thats really beside the point. Its obvious that there may be a few holes in Julia's story and i do believe she is not telling all that she knows. Who knows why but i DONT think she had anything to do with killing them. Now what i do believe is that Balfour had some help. The truck was found 13 miles away from Englewood in K-Town and someone else moved his car to Robeson which is not that far from their house. Now all of a sudden they find a gun in the alley two days after they find Julian over there? Now THAT is starting to loo like someone planting evidence. Why on earth who this clown leave the gun 3 blocks away from where the truck was left knowing good and damn well they would be looking over there since this is where Julian's body was found? It doesnt make sense. I'm not trying to play CSI or anything like that but there is so much that we dont know about what happened and i think its being done on purpose. Please believe if Balfour was the ONLY suspect in this case he would have been charged with the murder but its obvious they dont have SOLID evidence showing he pulled the trigger on all three alone and by himself. Alot of times officers with hold information so that it doesn't give the other guilty party time to learn about information that only the killer would know about. You cant release too much information because it gives them a chance to change their story and then the investigation is shot.
Either way this is a sad situation and i dont think i would care any less if it happened to some unknown family because it involves a child. I hate hearing news about an innocent child being killed for something silly or even in general. Trust before this is over with, there will be a big monkey wrench thrown into this....watch!

Let me get a couple of things straight here:
I, too, believe that there is more to this than ANYONE is saying. Not just Julia. CNN and the Trib are running stories on one else is reporting so this case is screwed.
Is it possible that Julia had something to do with it? Yes. However, her demeanor or any actions we find questionable does not make her guilty. Jennifer Hudson was also accepting friend requests over the weekend. But we can't sat she's guilty because she wasn't in the state at the time.

You just seem t have so much more information than even the media is reporting and it is appalling to me that a detective would share that with you regardless of who you are or who you know. If they have all this information and suspicions about Julia then they need to haul her ass in and question her until she breaks. The murder of a child has to weigh heavily on any mother's conscious whether she took part in it or not. She just doesn't seem to be a heartless woman to me. The police officers that worked on their own personal time to find this child would be eager to interrogate her. Ask your detytective friend about how the CPD doesn't have a problem with investigating n i g g a s in the Chi. Especially where they are from. It doesn't take much for them to ASSUME you had something to do with anything. These are just my thoughts. If your information is factual it is indeed unfortunate that she would be considered someone to look at as an accomplice. But tuntil she is charged I won't judge. First off lets get off this William did it shi*. We don't know who did it. And I would really be surprised if he did it anyways. Now let me break this shi* for you. If you know the uncle and all of that then you know that William grew up with this family. Now he has been married to Julia for almost 3 years or so. Julian just turned 7 that means they got married somewhere around the time Julian was 3 or 4 years old. This little boy was shot multiple times and at least 2 times in the head. Bullshi* that is an execution style murder of a 7 year old. How could someone kill a boy he has lived with saw lose his first tooth, first day of school etc. Now a person that may not know him that is just a heartless killer would be able to do it with a blink of an eye. I can not see that happening by someone who is that close to a child. Do the research a lot of murders involving kids and a relative the person doesn't execute the child. It is more like drowning, suffocation, setting a house on fire, drug overdose etc. This was too horrific. Now we are still unclear where he was killed but, I will say this once again... BILLY BAD AZZ why not kill him and leave him in the house with the others. Why take him with you? Either took him from the house already dead, killed him else where taking him out of the car and then putting him back in or killing him in the car..... At this point Julia's way of grieving although slightly odd has nothing to do with why i believe she knows more. Hell i didnt even see the press conference so i dont know how she was acting. I saw a clip of Jennifer walking into a church smiling and waving too. That could be just how they are. My thing is the way she addressed the person responsible for doing this. Saying "If you have a problem with me then deal with me, my son has nothing to do with this." And how can she account for being at the house arguing with Balfour before they all were eventually killed. Why kill the mom and brother there? One thing i will never understand is why everyone of her relatives on myspace put out information asking people to help find Julian and she never once did. She only even addressed what had happened AFTER people started questioning why she was on myspace in the first place. In regards to her putting pictures up, the last picture she put up of the dude was put up BEFORE they found Julian. That picture was there when all of this first was reported because i pulled up her page. Nothing on her page has changed since Friday but what she put up yesterday everything else has been the same. Why she hasnt removed him is far beyond me but i just think if Julia knows something she should really step up and say it. It could determine if they have the right person or if they need to continue looking for who helped this clown.

Just read the post from TROOPER. OMG. You're right. Some mother's don't know what their children are doing out in the streets while living at home.
I was looking at this from my upbringing. Had to be in at a certain time if not, you didn't get in(folks would put on the bolt lock and we didn't have keys for that). When you got a certain age(18 and over)...you had to get your own place(especially if you were a man-child)if you were going to college you could stay and if you weren't you had to be working AND pay rent AND still follow their rules. NO stangers in the house, etc.. I use to hate it because I thought I had no freedom.
But it left me with a good sense of what to do and not do when I finally moved and got my own place and I grew up in Chicago.

My two cents. Seems like a kidnapping attempt to extort money our of Jennifer Hudson. That's the only reason they would take the boy from the house. The baby was probably talking too much and the killer decided to get rid of him so he could not be ID'd. Julia Hudson said during the press conference that she would not ask the baby to id the killer. Seems like she has an idea who would do this.

If the victim of the carjacking did not have insurance on his vehicle, that does make him a criminal. I am not trying to justify what William Balfour did. It was wromg but to charge him with attempted murder was harsh and the media is painting this dark picture of him and it isn't fair. More than half of the people on this website have already convicted the man before even having details of what he was previously incarcerated for. Plastering this man's ace on the news and calling him a "person of interest" convicted of attempted murder paints a picture of him stabbing or shooting someone when in actuality he stole a car and the owner of the vehicle foolishly jumped on the roof of the vehicle and it nearly costs him his life.

I feel you on respecting a dead man's memory and all that. I won't argue with you there. But us being quick to judge William could lead to his being a dead man when in fact he could be innocent...and according to the law he is Innocent Until Proven Guilty. I'm a young Black man and I have a son and I'm a little sensitive to us being portrayed as animals in the press.

All of a sudden everybody seen everything that involves this truck. The little old lady that saw the truck Friday and whatever other stories that are out there. Boy is missing Monday then found dead less then 24 hours after the reward is put up. Mother states in a press conference

When someone knows something that is normally who they give up the answer with out saying it out right. For example when you ask someone a question no matter what the question may be lets say you ask a girl "did you have sex with him?" and her answer is "maybe I did, maybe I didn't" The majority of the time you was assume the answer is yes and majority of the time you are right. Somewhat of the same case here. Its almost as if she already he was dead. And then she says "Mommy is looking for you"........ who are you talking to did the truck have TV's? Who would be driving around in a wanted truck and then kill the kid keep his body in it and in this press conference say what she said and how she said it. And 2 days later he is found in the truck dead.
She was playing a game of clue with that.

you make a good point about planting evidence. they starting off saying the gun was found "3 blocks away" to "1 block away" to "right around the corner" from where the suv was found by a "trainee" police officer.
and also a news helicopter just happened to be hovering over the area at the exact same moment that the "trainee" cop found the gun???

I agree with you about people trying to label Julia a bad mother as well. Regardless of how i feel about feeling she is witholding something i still feel that she couldnt have known that one day this dude (if it was actually him) would basically wipe out her immediate family.
For one what is not brought up alot when this issue is discussed is the fact that Julia, Jennifer, Jason and William all grew up together. So she did know him before hand and obviously considered him a friend. None of yall can say yall are friends with angels only. The point is she cant be judged because of the person she dealt with because its been shown that you can be a lawyer or a teacher or a CEO making big bank and be Bat S.h.i.t crazy. Lets be real! This is something that she has to deal with for the rest of her life but at the same time if she knows more about why this happened and is not saying then she too deserves to be looked at.
I'm still trying to understand the people on here who put down or question those who question Julia's possible involvement or knowledge of this tragedy. Saying people are bashing her. Some things said have been nasty, but for the most part people are just questioning. Either some of ya'll are not being updated on the facts of this case, or have not been paying attention to all the recent incidents of parents and relatives hurting and murdering their own children, or you have a peculiar way of looking at things. This is not about amount of tears, choice in men, self esteem, etc..It has to do with timeline, holes in the story, demeanor, affiliations, and questionable actions. There are some who said about Casey Anthony, after finding out she was in wet t-shirt contests after her daughter had been missing, "everybody grieves differently." But that doesn't make it not questionable. So I do question Julia Balfour's (Hudson) actions, I question William's, the Chicago PD and all that.

Before you get at me sideways you need to re read my reply. Although suspicious it still doesn't label her a killer or an accomplance. IMO in Balfours case its just like Chris saying I'm gonna blow up this building and then steal the money and kill everybody inside and then later on it happens. As far as how they found the gun in my opinion it proves that there is definitely someone else involved. Those officers were over in that area where the gun was found today looking for evidence when they found the truck on monday. Someone moved his car from the house on Friday, someone saw Balfour driving the truck on friday but didnt say anything because there was not reason too at the time which places him in the truck after it was taken from the home. The truck turns up a few blocks away from the house of where he was arrested on friday. That truck was not there the entire time and Julian was not killed immediately. There is somebody else helping and i believes Julia may know who it is but is not saying for fear of what else may happen.

What happened to good old fingerprints- the car, the plastic bag wrapping the child? Unfortunately, Balfour is the fall guy because he refuses to talk. He knows something and needs to say something. Somebody drove his car. And what random person would committ a masacre and then take off in the victim's car? How did he know where to find the keys?

I see what you are saying about the "suspected" part but in defense of L Young technically he is not a suspect he is a person of interest. Some people including MTO don't know the difference. But I will properly define both for everyone.

I wasn't coming at you sideways but the point i was trying to make is that just because Julian was killed the way he was (which the only thing i've been told was that he was shot twice in the head and not mutilated like only MTO has reported) does not mean because Balfour grew up with him elminates him from being the one who killed him. Point blank whoever killed Julian did so because he would be able to identify them and whoever did so thought twice about killing him because if they didn't they would have found all three of them at the house. Why take him somewhere else to kill him? If it was about extortion (like someone else said), why wait until now to do it? Jennifer won that oscar last year so i'm sure she been had dough. in some weird way people saying Julia's involved is reminding me of something that happened over here in the UK. A little girl went missing... her mother and step father were on the front pages of newspapers and all pleading for information, press conferences e.t.c.. The next thing... the police receive a tip and the girl was found in the step fathers uncles house. It was found out they set the whole thing up to try and set up a charity that they claimed would "help find the girl." Similar to the Madeline Mcann fund!... CRAZY!... oh yeah and the police also discovered that the stepfather was a pedophile.

Thats what i'm saying too about the label he is getting. In my opinion its kind of deserved because of what has happened in the past. I mean yeah people change but considering his parole was almost revoked in June because he got caught with drugs shows he didnt do much changing in regard to not obeying the law. Again if someone walked up to me and said i'm stealing your car tomorrow and i walked outside the next day and it was gone, the first person i'm telling the police about is the dude who said they would steal it. Fire$ u and Trooper my theory is that Julia committed the homicides and used Williams criminal record and the fact that he was at the house to clear herself as a suspect. She knew all eyes would point to him, so he was there when she did the crime, and knew as a convicted felon he didn't stand a chance of talking his way out of this one, so he was actually her accomplice and helped dispose of the weapon. I think she is heartless enough to have pulled the trigger in a jealous rage, she was probably jealous over the fact that according to sources he did not want to reconcile with her was starting a family with another girl. She was probably extremely jealous and resentful of Jennifer success and the fact that she would not give her any money to help her get her own place or any financial assistance and this was her way of getting back at Jennifer. Sisters are known to have intense jealousies and rivalries that sometimes spill over into murder of family members. I also believe that the reason the police have not released the time of death and where it occured for Julian is because he was kidnapped which generally means for ransom. Which in this case there are rumors of ransom notes for Julian and Julia would be the one to "inform" Jennifer of the ransom request and hand it over to the "gang members". When Jennifer did not go along with Julias fantastic ghetto ransom plot she panicked and had Julian killed, she is obviously completely self-absorbed and clearly stupid enough to plan something that dumb and think it would work. She panicked when she realized Julian could id mommy as the shooter and she choose to save her fat ass and her ex-con husband over her son. That is the "mystery". She will clearly be arrested in the coming days or weeks, or identified as a suspect.
I personally thought Julia was suspect from the beginning. Can't be positive but I felt it cause all of this seems too convenient. I also think it's sad that they've basically tried this boy...and what if he is innocent? Everybody hates a felon but they sure bump those rappers and get matching tatoos.

It was added Monday. I was in her pics to see if she was adding additional ones like David and Jennifer and her new photo alert wasn't until Monday afternoon when she updated her about me. She had also changed the caption on one of Williams pictures on the first page of the same MY PHOTO's album last row. He has his shirt off and it said before Monday "What you see is what I got." I remembered because I had thought this nigg* is not the business and how she twisted the original words and that was Sunday Night and again Early Monday. Then later when I saw the new photo alert when looking for the new photo I looked to see if she have taken any of they Pictures of William down but instead she changed the caption to "WHAT YOU SEE IS A CRAZY AS DERANGED AS FOOL".
I dont see how thats possible and i'm going off of the new pictures alert. If she added the picture on monday then why is the new alert gone from under the picture already? I added pictures to my page sunday and the new picture alert is still there! Which is why i say the picture has been there before now. That thing stays up there at least for a week and it was on there yesterday but today its not. Now i do remember what she put under Williams picture because i also thought he was not hot whatsoever!

You're right I've never even been arrested. But the published report says the man suffered burns from a telephone wire that feel off the pole William rammed the car into and a few other non life threatening injuries. The police said William hit a fence, curb, then the telephone pole on purpose in an attempt to knock the guy off the car so he could flee capture more effectively..that's why the charge was attempted murder instead of assault or wreckless driving, etc...because he could've killed the guy even if he didn't intend to. After reading the full account it wouldn't appear he was attempting to kill the dude more than just get him off the car. But that image doesn't play well with the "make him the evil, angry black man" game in the media.

keep in mind that that gun was just found, so was that truck, everyone knew what location he was arrested at. I am not in any way defending William but I will not accuse him just yet. But think about this law enforcement and the media has pounded this guy over and over again conviecing people that he is the killer. So if I was the one who did this or had a part in it fuc* it if they (police and media)want to go out of their way to pin him for the crime hell let me help you out. Park the SUV Closer to your girl's house where you were found 1.93 miles to be exact. But damn what about the murder weapon, fuc* lets go and put that a couple of blocks away so everything would still point to him. Now if Julian was still alive and they figure the police think they have their guy we can't just give little dude back because he can ID us now lets kill him dump him and the truck near the location he was arrested.
Now this is the kicker, police laid a grid of the area around the home to start searching for Julian and the SUV after William was arrested. So if William was more then 10 miles away from the crime scene why not search everywhere between the crime scene up and around the "suspect" was apprehended? The detectives are working ass backwards. A side from this screw up thy was suppose to start from the last person to see these people alive and the was Julia. And from there start the process of elimination. Trust me MySpace is not searching through Williams profile he hasn't logged on sense June. So who is looking like the CrackSpace junkie. Julia. I give people the benefit of the doubt for that exact reason not to mention a very close family member of mine was arrested, tired and convicted behind some bullshyt, the media instigated and my loved one was innocent.
All the facts of this case are not yet known and the evidence that the investigators have right now, at least the evidence that is being released to the media, is circumstantial at best.

Perhaps my degree in criminal justice and my study of political science as well as other aspects of the law in addition to personal experience better explains my defending William Balfour. As an officer of the court, I have to hold on to the fact that in this country, people are innocent until proven guilty. However, when it comes to minorities, they are often railroaded by the legal system and unfairly convicted.

Check this out I was doing my own investigations about that as well. I put pics of me up almost 2 weeks ago and it still shows new photo. If you look at the archives I sent post the comment as soon as it was posted on the 27th which is Monday. You can even look at the comments the oldest one is on 27th and then another on 28th. and you have to be a friend to comment and you get an alert on you home page if one of your friends add new photos. I am going to ask my dude in tech support there to tell me how and why that happened.
Nah i saw when their comments first showed but when i saw the picture on Friday there were none. Every since they've had that picture alert thingy mine have always stayed up for a week but i have never seen it disappear in 2 days. Monday was the first day somebody commented on the picture but when i saw that i said why would somebody leave her that type of comment at a time like this. So that picture was there before all of this even happened.

You make some good points. this stuff is being found after he was apprehended.I'm not 100% on my William theory, I need to know if there was powder residue on him? that will tell us a lot. they still have to prove this case, they can't just pin it on him , and this supposedly other person out there can't just set him up. the police will need more. THey suspect him though, and they are holding him, just in case. his own girlfriend did not confirm his alibi that he was with her. QUESTION. do you know anything about Julia's ex husband Gregory? was his alibi checked? this case has so many twists to it! ...

I have admitted before that whom ever shot Julian may to have known him because the rumor is he was shot numerous times in the face and that definitely is a tell tell sign that the crime was very personal and the killer knew the victim.

I agree. They've fallen for the okey doke the media and the criminal justice system gives young black males all the time. I'm not saying he wasn't involved, but they have convicted him in the press since the day he was arrested. And because of this they are going to have to figure out how to reshift the focus of the case and still tie him to it if they can so they don't totally lose face. Come on people..how many times has a black man been convicted of a crime by an overzealous DA looking out for his career. A new eyewitness comes forward or dna evidence to exhonnerate the convicted man and they fight so hard to not bring the case back before the court or let him go. Chicago PD is fuggin up and the whole world is watching.
@stormzoe upon reading some of your other posts, I am convinced that you are bitter toward "black" men. I don't know who hurt you but all "black" men are not "thuggish ruggish." I don't know what your position is that would have you sitting through many trials over the past ten years but I do think you are biased and I certainly hope the fate of some of these men that you refer to as thugs, bums and scum is not in your hands. Don't bother responding because I will only scroll pass anything you post from this moment on.

Balfour's mother said on Nancy Grace that her son and Julia were still romantically involved even though both were dating other people. Just last week she said Balfour was celebrating Julia's birthday with her. She said Jason, the brother, was selling drugs out of the house. The Hudson house was raided for drugs in 2004.
This story gets crazier by the day. Nancy got testy with Balfour's mother and I don't blame her. She kept saying the media was telling lies on her son but Nancy told her none of that came from her show then Mrs. Balfour calmed down.
Mrs. Balfour said if her son was so violent why didn't Julia have a restraining order against him? She said Julia wanted to reconcile with him. She also said that they broke up because people were in their business and her son wanted them to move in their own apt but Julia wanted to stay in the home with her mother.
Mrs. Balfour upheld her son in very sentence. This is probably why the young man turned out like he did. When drugs were found in the car he was driving in June, he should've gone back to prison because he was on probation. However, Mrs. Balfour claims Julia planted the drugs on him and told her son so.
I hope they find someone who will talk and tell the rest of this story. I hope they find the killers too. Psychologically, I'm sure there will come a point where Jennifer will blame her sister for this tragedy before she finds the ability to heal. She may not say it publically though.
Regarding Balfour's "Attempted Murder" charge, it doesn’t matter if the guy jumped on the hood of the car, or if Balfour tried to shoot him, or stab him, or if Balfour attacked the guy in the library with a candlestick, he still acted in a way that could have resulted in the death of another human being. This is still not the kind of person that you should expose your family to – especially since Julia had prior knowledge. Wake up black people and stop making excuses for deviant behavior.
That said, I still think that this seems more like a drug or extortion hit than a crime of passion or spree killing. As for Julia, I don’t think that she’s directly involved, but I wouldn’t be surprised if she knows is.
It would actually surprise me if Balfour is the killer here..it was confirmed that Jennifer's family home was raided in 2004 where crack was found-also confirmed that Julians (RIP) father was a known drug dealer also- he seemed pretty damn calm at the press conference..i believe the media find their 'witch' and in this case Balfour seemed like the easy suspect because of his record- but lets face it..if this was 'domestic' and he had the potential to be abusive...julia and her brother didnt look like they would allow a scrawny balfour to tackle and try to be 'da boss' up in they house...i believe what his mother said on nancy grace (spiderweb head a@@).she tries to intimidate and she clearly could not with his mother- every mother whether they admit it openly or not, know's what their chld is capable of- she handled nancy- i found balfour's mother to be a tad bit mouthy regarding some things she stated; however she raised enough doubt for them to investigate the Hudson family past criminal actions.This seems like a drug deal gone bad and william balfour is the scapegoat..and YES the media is not always right nor they do they always portray the two sides to every story!! Believe that!!!
Ok I've been reading for HOURS at these posts and there are like 4 or 5 ppl that bring up the SAME questions I've had for like DAYS. I too am very obsessed, personally distraught by all of this. I just want the person who did this terrible crime put to justice or beat the $hit out of them!
That blog that TROOPER posted was on POINT with some great questions. I often wonder what Julia really knows. I also want to see pics of Jennifer "smiling" at the camera.
Some also wanted to know why the family is not out in the media..... well um, if your whole imediate family was just shot to death and you don't know who the FCUK it is and why and if they were actually going after someone else.... I wouldn't be out either!!! COME ON NOW, I don't question why they haven't been seen out, its smart to NOT be out!
As for Julia, she looks suspect! I often wonder, and I may be off and this is ONLY my thoughts and I may be ridiculed for this but I don't know, but since she WAS the last person to have seen Julian, the mother and brother alive.... in the conference that she made, she said that Julian was "asleep in the car and she couldn't get him out of the car" I am wondering was he really asleep? Was Julian alive Friday morning before she supposedly went to work? I hate to ask that question but so many other questions and comments are way worse than this one but I don't know if I got my facts straight or not but could someone answer me if I am right or wrong about what I heard?
I just wonder because she DID say that she couldn't get him ou f the car, was he ever brough into the house? But maybe he was because afterwards she went on to hang with William right? Or am I wrong about that one too? I don't know, I need to go back and read some stuff.
My BIGGEST question is why on EARTH was Jennifer and other family members at the place to ID the body but not Julia? where was she at? Seriously? I mean i understand not going and all because you don't wanna see your son like that but seriously, where was she? WHy on earth get oon myspace and chat it up while your whole imediate family was just shot to death????
And why is that damn gun found NOW? See someone is out there popping up evidence at the last minute not unles CPD is lack lustering in their search but thats weird considering they got like 100 police out looking for $hit. SO man unanswered questions.

Do we automatically rule Jason the brother out of may having anything to do with this tragedy, when someone posted lastnite he was "a drug dealer and affliated with Chicago Gangs", William Balfour was not the only man in that house who has a criminal past so does the murdered victim Jason Hudson, do we automatic call Julia the "mother of the year" because her son was brutally murder, is this the atomosphere we are promoting now. For more killers be it family, friend or enemy to help plan their next murder, because after all the public is gonna think they are innocent anyway. I think NOT !
Im like a Good Cop now EVERYONE is SUSPECT until proving "UN-SUSPECT". Someone in that house help got all three of those people murdered and thats all it is to it. I want the Killers convicted and sentence not a "fallguy" and Chicago Finest are just gonna have to prove it me. They bet not summons me to on this jury because planting guns and evidence aint gonna work with me. They better get to work and stop solving this case in the media and Hollywood, this is real life, three people have been autopised and embalmed by now not three dummies from a storefront window.
Im not defending William Balfour but maybe I am because if they can let a cop run around in Chicago with two dead wives all over television pay him his retirement and make him a celebrity, they can give me some concrete evidence not something that could have been planted or a gun so conventially found, or fingerprints that could have been their for weeks the man had lived in the home and was in that same SUV repeatly.
And dont forget Little Julian was no doubt murdered because of what and who he saw but that does not mean it was someone in his family which could be, but it also means it could be someone he saw drop by the house once, someone from the neighborhood, someone from a house he had played over with their children, someone at his age that he had never seen before but still could Identify. I also would like to know like someone else said when was the last time anyone other than family say Little Julian alive.

I'm not a detective or anything but I believe William did commit these henious murders and only want it to appear that their were more than one perpetrator. With all the threats made against the family by William it would indicate to me that he is the killer. I'm now going to sit back and wait to hear that this piece of shyt has been murdered in prison. His mama should have never bought this gabage into the world. She also need to be taken care as well.
What a piece of Sh!t thug this man(and I use that term loosely) is. Murdering 3 people...especially an innocent child. It breaks my heart. Stop robbing, killing, stealing, and hustling black men! Dead or jail...pick one. My prayers continue to be with Jennifer and her family. Her life will never be the same. What a terrible tradegy. I have 2 theories. One surrounds Julia, the other, Jason. For those of you who have blinders on and want to treat Julia like the innocent victim- fine with me. However, as far as I'm concerned there were three victims and they're no longer here to tell their stories. The most defenseless victim, Julian, a poor little 7 year old boy who suffered the most unimaginable fate, witnessed the brutal killings of his grandmother and uncle before being shot twice in the head. We must fight for this child and if this means by exposing his mother- then so be it. I come from a realistic world where unfortunately, mothers sometimes murder their children or contribute to their demise. This is my opinion and if you're one of those people who live in untainted worlds, I ask you to move to the next post because this will probably upset you. Theory 1: Julia Hudson's Involvement There are too many holes in this story: 1)The body of Jennifer Hudson's mother Darnell Donerson was found by Jennifer Hudson's sister Julia around 2:45 PM Friday. Julia called 911 to report the shooting. She also reported her 7-year-old son missing. Police arriving on the scene found Hudson's brother Jason shot to death in a bedroom.- okay I got this from CNN. My question is how could she report her son missing if she never went through the house. She claimed to have walked in the door, and after seeing her mother's body in the living room, left out the house and called 911. She then went to the police station to report Julian missing. How did she know he was missing and not hiding in the house or somewhere murdered in the home? Apparently, the police discovered her brothers body- she did not. As I said, she only made it to the front door. 2)Friday was a teacher's work day in Chicago. Therefore, children did not report. Julia is a school bus driver. Why was she working then? If her son didn't have school, she shouldn't have had to work. All Chicago schools are basically charter schools. Another caveat: How did she get home if Jason was her ride? 3)Police have stated that Jason Hudson was shot when the gunman shot through the front door. He also received defensive wounds. However, his body was found in an upstairs bedroom. If you've seen a picture of him- he was no small guy. William, a man of small stature, could not have taken him upstairs alone. If Jason was shot in the thigh, he would have needed a very large person to help him upstairs. I always wondered in that type of area, shouldn't they have a gun in the home? 4)Shell casings were found in Julian King's bedroom, yet police are saying he was killed in the SUV. 5) The small bullet only went through the wooden door, so the door should have still been locked. How did the killer get in? If he shot at the door first, who in their right mind would have opened it for him? 6)Why didn't they come at night when most murders occur? The whole family would've been there, and they could've killed everyone. 7)Sure, the police could've been monitoring Julia's myspace, but I doubt it. This is more along the lines of the FBI and they didn't jump aboard until late Saturday. I'm sorry, but I just can't imagine with your mother and brother being tragically killed, and your son missing, the last thing I'd be thinking about is the damn computer. And if it was her on the computer, and William was a suspect, why did she keep him as her #2 friend? His *ss would've been gone with the quickness. Why did she feel the need to explain her actions on Myspace yesterday? Why has she been seeking support from her fans on Myspace when I'm sure she's surrounded by family and friends who love her? I'm sure her closest friends/family know how to reach her. Is she enjoying her newly found celebrity status? To live in the shadows of a famous little sister. All eyes are on you now Julia. A word of advice- ask Jen for some acting lessons- your performance to date isn't Oscar worthy. My little cousin was gunned down a few years ago in Detroit and my Aunt joined a support group for grieving mothers. She said during her meeting yesterday, the women unanimously agreed that something wasn't right about Julia Hudson- even the grief counselor said that she's exhibiting questionable behavior for a grieving mother. 8)Her appearance at the press conference was a little too calm and collected for me. Her hair was fly, she looked pretty well-rested, and she said Julian was more "like a little brother?" 9)On Friday night when Julian was missing, why was she on Myspace instead of in someone's car driving around the city looking for the white Suburban? The first 48 hours are the most crucial with missing children, and you're chilling on the computer? WTF? I pray that I'm wrong. Lord, I do. I just can't imagine a mother being involved in something like this, which is why I've held back on posting this. But something isn't adding up. If they had something on William, they would've charged him. I think they're trying to get William on technicalities. Theory 2: Jason Hudson's Involvement Jason Hudson has had a few run ins with the law. Perhaps he owed some people some money and they were coming after him. I'm not sure what Ms. Donnerson's schedule would've been like on a regular school day and what time Julian went to school. Maybe she normally took him to school, and didn't come home from dropping him off until around 9:30. If the killers had been watching the house all week, and noticed this pattern, maybe they didn't expect to find Mrs. Donnerson and Julian there on Friday. I mean, it wasn't like it was a major holiday. This would've explained a few things: 1)Why Jason went from being shot downstairs to going upstairs in his bedroom. Did he have something in his bedroom that the killers wanted? Otherwise, why did they let him walk upstairs instead of shooting him in cold blood like they did his mother? 2)They weren't expecting to see Julian. I think this may have really posed a problem for them as they struggled with what to do with him and the person couldn't bear to kill a 7 year old kid. I mean, they had enough heart not to kill the dog- but then again the dog can't talk. Whoever killed Jason and his mother probably didn't kill Julian- they got someone else to. The sad thing is, this poor boy witnessed the murder and became a liability. I hope the Chicago Police does a good job and looks at all angles.
