: Reports have been swirling that William Balfour, the man who allegedly murdered Jennifer Hudson's family may be RELEASED from prison today. We;; sources tell MediaTakeOut.com that that is NOT LIKELY to happen.
And it's not likely because according to the Chicago Tribune, Williams has CONFESSED to being involved in the murders to his girlfriend. Here's how they are reporting it.
Balfour acknowledged being at the Hudson's Englewood home on the morning that the actress' mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson, were gunned down inside the house, law enforcement sources said.Finally we may be getting close to putting this monster in jail for life.....Julia Hudson's son, Julian, was abducted from the home and his body discovered three days later, shot twice in the head and slumped in the back of Jason Hudson's Chevy Suburban on a West Side street.

Great points and i totally agree. I have my doubts that it was Balfour that did this, or if he did do this it was common sense he didn't do it alone.
In the eyes of the law he is innocent until proven guilty. I understand its easy to say that it was Balfour because of his criminal history e.t.c, but people need to look at the wider picture. After all the forensic tests have been done, Balfour has STILL not been charged with the murder? There is definitely more to the story than is being told.
In reference to the confessions, there are many reasons people may do this e.g - acting under duress, or threats from the police themselves.

Balfour has not been formally charged which means the investigation is still on going. He is being held on a parole violation.
It is irresponsible for the media to refer to him as a suspect when his arrest has nothing to do with the murders and he has not been charged with anything.
He is being held because 1) he was in an area where drugs were being sold. It is not reported that he was selling and 2) investigators were told he had a gun.
I will continue to proclaim Balfour's innocence until he is proven guilty.

You say you want justice but you want it your way. Regardless if you think Balfour is guilty or innocent, there are procedures. Balfour has the right to a trial and to be judge by a jury of his peers, so many of his civil rights have been broken already.
If he were your family member and you saw him getting the raw deal that he was getting . . . . BETTER YET, if this case was not linked to Jennifer Hudson and Balfour was accused of killing any old family and all of the atrocities that are being committed against our legal system were happening, you would agree tat he is not being treated fairly but because this is a celebrity case, you want to see persecution, not justice.
WHATEV MTO! Late and WRONG again. This tid bit of information has been reported a long time ago. It was actually reported right after Julian was found that the girlfriend only "contradicted" his story which is why they ended up checking his phone records. Bottom line is they dont have enough information AT THIS TIME to even charge him for this crime. They got lucky with this dude only because he has a criminal history. Had he not been charged with attempted murder he would have been out of jail before Julian was even found. Although i honestly think he has something to do with this on the same hand i think its kind of messed up that they are only really holding him because this is Jennifer Hudsons family thats involved. They dont know 100% who killed them because if so they would have announced new info and even would have officially charged him. Since they haven't yet its safe to say all of the evidence at this point is not spelling out Balfour 100%. There was no confession or anything so stop spreading false info AS USUAL!
Ppl are going by HERESAY. I am pretty shocked at the ppl who are just WILLING th throw him under the bus because he "looks guilty" and already has a criminal record.
Like others have mentioned before on here, they need to be checking out JULIA to see WTF she was doing because she WAS the last person to see all of the deceased alive. AND I PRAY that they are drilling her with questions because he is lookin HELLA suspect.
I really think that Balour being in jail right now 1is best for him because he is safe there. No tellin what would happen to him if he was out on the streets right now.
I bet he has an idea on who did this. And just because he didn't want to do the Lie detector test does look suspicious but that don't mean he is guilty of this triple murder. He probably knows ALOT that could potentially kill him. Just my opinion.
And since alot of ppl feel that Julia knows way more than she lets on, then she may know who did this too but aint saying. I mean look at the facts, If Jennifer is distancing herself from her own sister ( according to MTO) then something aint right with this picture. She is either trippin or knows something. If I were Jennifer I would have to distance myself too. Jennifer has had o be/ the strong one throughout knowing she is hurting too. SHe had to identify not 1 body, not 2 but 3 FAMILY BODIES. thats a tough pill to swallow and a big task to do on your own when you have a sister that was ALREADY in CHicago to identify the bodies! Seriously, no one has been able to answer WHY she wasn't there to ID the bodies... STILL. ANd to all of the ppl who keep on defending Julia, yall can't answer that one for me..... yeah I get that IDing a body of a child is a tough thing to do, believe me I know it could be.... I wouldn't want to be put in that position myself but why did JENNIFER have to do it????? while JENNIFER was IDing them, JULIA was too busy accepting FRIENDS on myspace and changing her "about me" section on her damn page. So to the Julia defenders, answer that PLEASE.
Just my opinion and my thoughts and I am sticking to them until this case changes my mind.
