: MediaTakeOut.com has learned that a photographer is suing R&B superstar Rihanna and her boyfriend Chris Brown for $1 million.
Photographer Luis Santana claims the singers' bodyguards attacked him in the parking lot of a club where the two lovebirds were hanging out. Santana, in the lawsuit filed in a Florida Court on Tuesday, said he was at the club about 2:30 a.m. on May 6 and snapped a flick of Brown and Rihanna in the parking lot.
Santana alleges that Chris and his bodyguards came out of a black limousine and chased him through the lot and one of the bodyguards grabbed him by the collar and tore off his shirt. Two others, he claims, then knocked him down, took his camera and repeatedly kicked him.
But Chris is copping to a thing. MediaTakeOut.com caught wind that Brown's New York-based attorney is denying that "neither Chris Brown nor his security was involved in the alleged incident` and said his client intends to "vigorously defend the lawsuit."
The photograph was reportedly taken shortly after MediaTakeOut.com broke the news that the two were dating. Because of which, Santana believes the photo would have brought him a lot of money.
First of all, MTO, why are you always crediting yourself for something?

If that's the case, maybe CB should sue yo' ass for "putting his business out there. Deformation of character". NO? I didn't think so.
And so what if CB's entourage manhandled the papz and he got a little roughed up. He shouldn't be all up in someone's face EVERY DAY of EVERY WEEK of EVERY MONTH of EVERY YEAR. Get over it. This should just be one of the consequences of the job. But, I highly doubt CB did it himself. Then again, ya never know what kind of person he is. I just don't peg him for a figher-- at all.
While I believe that this is a part of being a celebrity I do think the paps are getting way out of hand and the celebs are getting tired of it. Look at how they did Britney, as nutty as she was acting it was still overkill, especially when they tried to follow her in the bathroom. What the paps are not getting is stars are going to have their bodyguards attack and destroy the cameras and then take the rap. In the end the pictures they tried so hard to get are destroyed, the celeb won't be charged (the bodyguard will) and the paps will walk away with nothing. Ex. Kanye West. Is it really worth it?
1st this dude is a professional photographer who works 4 a legit newsppr, St Petersburg Times (who are backin him all the way!)
2nd NO MATTER WHO HE IS the 1st Amendmnt of our Constitution guarantee's him the right of freedom of expression, which these days includes photogin ANY1 N A PUBLIC PLACE (CELEBS OR NOT).
3rd Chris & Rihannas security have been known 2 "manhandle" ANY1 INCLUDING FANS so I dont doubt they did this. I read abt it a cpl days afta Chris' 19th bday. This incident happnd on 5/6.
4th His security destroyed the film bc it was evidence that Chris was indeed dating Rihanna at that time 4 which they both DENIED. Whether they were datin or not is no1z business, but we all luv this gossip or we wouldn't be on MTO as often as we are looking 4 it. Where do yall think it comes fm? THE MEDIA & PAPARAZZI mostly.
5th Chris can be a smart mouth kid hiding behind his "goons" bka his "security. He's been filmed giving reporters a hard time esp when they ask him abt what he deems "his personal life" which unfortunately LEAVES with stardom/celebness.
It's funny how he was so willing to talk abt "HEY LADIES, IM SINGLE/GROWN, HOLLA AT ME" when he wasm't dating Rihanna, now suddenly who he's dating (which is so obvious since he's very public with it). now is interfering with his PRIVATE LIFE, hmmm.
Sorry but that's the PRICE OF FAME CHRIS & RIHANNA, PAY UP & GET OVER IT! (btw, the dude dont deserve millions but at least his camera should be replaced)...
@TiMa1. I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU.I KNOW SOMETIMES CELEBS WANT PRIVACY, BUT IT IS HARD IN THEIR INDUSTRY. THE PAPS AND THE FANS MAKE THEM WHAT THEY ARE. THE TALENT HELPS A LITTLE. I FEEL WHEN YOU PLACE YOURSELF OUT THERE TO ENTERTAIN FOR THE PUBLIC BE READY TO ACCEPT WHAT GOES ALONG WITH THE JOB. NO, I WOULD NOT WANT ANYONE DISCUSSING MY "PRIVATE LIFE", BUT I DON'T PLACE MY SELF IN SITUATION WHERE I HAVE TO. THEY SHOULD GET OVER IT ALREADY. AS LONG AS YOU ARE THE SPOTLIGHT YOU HAVE NO PRIVACY!!!! PLUS THAT MAN IS DOING HIS JOB LIKE EVERYONE ELSE. THAT'S JUST LIFE.!!! LIVE IT!
my boo is innocent he ain't do nothing {and Chris brown isn't ugly, and just because he got a cute face and nice voice, and everything don't mean he can't have goons don't let tha good looks and baby face fool you just kidding l.o.l but yea we don't know that all we know is what we see and read about him {Evan if you meat him} but he's innocent all tha way you know
