You can start off doing between 30-50 a round...Like do those at night, and do another round in the morning. And you can gradually pick up as times go by. Sometimes when you start out working out for the first time, you need to slowly work yourself through. Some people experience a lot of soreness and get discourage, but soreness is a good thing...it means it is working pretty good. Just fight your way through it.

Yeah I myself am getting a degree in the medical field. However some of my other goals are to become an actress or sports caster/analyst or something. I have a lot of male friends in high places/positions, so when I finish with school, it's on from there. And sometimes it is more about who you know, rather than what you know. I never took any of them on their offers. Not all hip hop videos are that way, that is true. But a majority of them are. And a majority of the crews of dudes that hang out with alot of these big time rappers tend to steroptype the women that do come on board for these video shoots. They dont look at you with respect or think that you have something intelligent to offer in a convo. They go straight for the azz. The worst part is when the few women that choose to put these men in their place do so, they get outcasted and labled as bytches with attitudes and alot of the time that rep will follow these women on to other sets and they lose the next gig.
