: It looks like another hip hop artist may be headed to prison. MediaTakeOut.com just learned that former dipset rapper Max B is up on murder charges – and his girlfriend is snitching.
Here’s how the story is being reported:
Gina Conway and two others were charged with murder after a botched robbery at the Holiday Inn on Route 4 ended in the shooting death of one of the victims in September 2006.Sounds like it’s about to be a wrap for Max B…Authorities said Conway, 31, met David Taylor and Allan "Jay" Plowden and told her boyfriend that the two men drove flashy cars and carried a lot of cash.
The boyfriend, Charly Wingate, a hip-hop artist from Harlem known as "Max B," then recruited an associate to rob Taylor and Plowden, prosecutors said.
Conway, whose trial was scheduled to start this week in Superior Court in Hackensack, decided to take a plea offer, telling a judge Tuesday that she was at the hotel with the associate, Kelvin Leerdam….

This situation is different since the person who rat them out was involved as well. So technically this is snitching. However reporting a crime is not snitching. It's only snitching in the hood.

Honestly this is how I feel...If that was my man I would be angry at him, and I would push him to come forward with the truth. What he did was wrong, but I honestly don’t know if I could go to the cops unless I was there at the crime scene, and I was a witness than that’s different.
