Yesterday 1/21/09 Rick Ross stole his baby mamas Infiniti q56 from her lawyers office because he is upset that he is going to be on child support. Rick Ross who real name is Williams Roberts purchased this vehicle 3 yrs ago for his baby mama named [NAME REDACTED] as a gift.Both had to meet up with their lawyers at the same office in Broward for their deposition in their child support case. Rick Ross who was getting very upset about the questions that were being asked by [NAME REDACTED]’s attorney because he doesn’t want no one to know who much he spends, makes and have in his bank accounts.
Anyways while going over their depositions which lasted about 3 hours, [NAME REDACTED] tells her lawyers that she has to pick up Lil Rick Ross from school because he gets out at 6pm. Rick Ross then excuses himself and makes a call to one of his home boys and then comes back in and agrees that they can finish this at another time.
After closing everything up, [NAME REDACTED] said that once she left her lawyers building to pick up her son which by the way it was 5:20pm, she said that her truck was no where to be found. She then goes back and tells her lawyer that her truck is missing could your ask Rick Ross’s lawyer if Rick Ross took it and he responded to his lawyer “Yes”.
Now that is foul, and petty. If the Boss has all this money he could have charged that to the game. Dude wants to get mad because she no longer wants to be with him and he doesn’t want to support his child because he is getting a little paper now. Hope it’s all worth it. That lets me know that he doesn’t give a damn if his child sits at day care all damn night with no transportation.
1. If it's in his name then oh well. No crime there. This is why you get your own and have it in your name.
2. I'm a woman. I believe in child support and NOT baby momma support. Let's keep it real, if I were rich, I wouldn't buy the father of my child a car and house. That's extra. We aren't married, therefore, you're not entitled to 'extra'.

Most likely Ricky been taking care of her & Lil Ricky if she riding & he showed up @ the deposition w/ his lawyer... Men who don't support their kids don't go to court they just w8 4 the Sheriff to knock... If she getting ready to get $ she can get here own whip, a nice Malibu/Cavalier (the baby mama official)... & I'm sure his lil dude ain't sitting @ day care past 6p cause that sh#@ cost about $50 evry 5min & Rick paying for that too!!!

My best friend has a son by his ex-woman and since he doesn't want her anymore she has utterly refused to let him see his son again. He sends her 1200 a month, plus has his son on his insurance and pays her car note/insurance. She starts arguements with him and then puts the son on the phone so he can hear him yelling at her and then says "see how your father talks to your mother". He keeps telling her to put me on child support but she wont do it because she wouldn't get probaly half of what he does for her.

Here is the problem, when the judge finds out that it was a gift he might make Ross give it back. But if the truck is in Ross name and not her name, then he has every *** right to take that f**king truck back........

Rick Ross is so wrong and petty. He clearly doesn't give a *** about his kid. What respectable man would take the source of transportation from a woman who is taking care of his child. This means he doesn't give a *** if his son slept in that day care all ***. And also money doesn't take care of children alone. There is another huge factor involeved, TIME. I highly doubt Rick Ross spends 24 hours with this kid like the child's mother does. Men need to step up their game these kids don't ask to come here. First off, we do not know if she owns another vehicle. She could have another ride, thus still capable of transportation.
Second, I am sure Ross had ample means for his son to get home safely. If he didn't care about his son, he wouldn't have shown up.
Third, Because there is no order currently, legally they both probably still share custody of the child.
Also, we are talking about Miami here, so the car could have very well been stolen. If you thoroughly read the story it only states that her attorney said "YES" to asking the other attorney about the situation. The story does not conclude that Ross' attorney confirmed that Ross took the truck back.
Don't always jump to conclusions and assume he is being the ***. This man will probably have to pay support in the 10s of thousands of dollars, but he also has to buy her a car and a house etc etc, which is what is expected....GTFOH!!!

First off, Ross purchased this car as A GIFT for his baby momma. It ain't like he loaned her the car; It was A GIFT. Whether it was in his name or not.
So in that respect, he was wrong for taking the car, especially if he knew that was her mode of transportation for her and her son. He did this purely out of spite.
In respect to the child support issue, I agree with mzarrogance comment. Child support does not equal baby momma support as well.
I feel if that child needed anything, Ross can pay for those things directly. If the boy needs clothes, shoes, field trip money, school supplies, etc., Ross can buy them and provide them directly to his son.
Why give money to the baby momma for she can do who knows what with it? Sure she'll get some things for the son, but best believe she'll pocket some of that money for herself.
If she's gainfully employed and making her own money, there's no need for her to live of Ross's money, period. Especially if their not together anymore. It should go directly to the child.

In the same instance, these women need to realize that they are viewed as nothing more than material.
