: MediaTakeOut.com has just learned that the family of a 22-month-old boy has filed a lawsuit against a New Jersey hotel. The lawsuit claims that the boy choked on a used condom that he found in the Homewood Suites Hotel in Mount Laurel, N.J.
Heres how local Philadelphia News4 is reporting it:
The Wolfe family of Pittsburgh, Mass. was headed home after spending the holidays in Florida and they stayed overnight in the Burlington County hotel.This is a FRIGHTENING story!!!The morning of their departure, the toddler apparently found a used condom in the room, left behind by previous travelers, according to the lawsuit.
The child’s mother, Amy, heard her little boy chewing and choking on the condom and tried to get it out of his mouth, but he had already “ingested the contents ” the lawsuit stated.
The Philadelphia Daily News noted the suit contends a “life threatening” item was left in the room, which put the boy at risk of getting a "sexually transmitted disease, including HIV or AIDS, or some other, potentially life threatening, potentially fatal illness."
The boy had to undergo tests and faces more testing in the future, Wolfes’ attorney Norm Hobbie told the Philadelphia Daily News.
I'm happy the little boy survived. I would sue, too, because that is disgusting and they need to clean up better. I'm afraid to stay in hotels - all the shyt you hear today in the news, including bed bug stories. You can't even travel in peace no more. You need an extra suitcase for disinfectants, pillowcases and sheets, etc. LOL

People, if you can, STAY OUT OF CHEAP MOTELS!!! When I was in my late teens I worked at a Motel 6 in South Carolina, and um...some of the girls did not clean those rooms properly. You are supposed to remove ALL linin and remake everything. Some of the house keepers would take the sheets and blankets that some one slepped in the night before, and instead of taking them to the laundry room, they would make the bed with the same sheets instead of putting new sheets on the bed. Then spray fabreze on it like that makes it any better. So now the new customers are sleeping on some one elses drool and ejaculate and sweat. Also, don't leave money or jewelry laying around if you step out because house keepers have the keys to every room. Your sh1t WILL get stolen. That's why I do not trust cheap hotels man. When I drive from NY to SC, if I get tired I sleep in my car at the rest stop. Eff that ish...

OH MY GOODNESS!!! I woulda gone crazy on they a$$. They are supposed to clean those rooms properly and then the supervisor is suppose to come and check the room after they cleaned it thats how they do it where i live. Anyhow if true, this is absolutely frightening. The cleaning staff should be fired for their negligence and the hotel chain should be sued. This is disgusting and scary for that child...
