: MediaTakeOut.com told you yesterday that Chris Brown is UNLIKELY to be convicted of a felony in the Rihanna assault incident, and that he’s UNLIKELY to spend very much time in jail (if any, at all).
Well it appears that Chris Brown, after speaking to his lawyers, agrees with our analysis. According to Radar Magazine, he held a meeting with close family and friends in Los Angeles on Thursday night. During which, he briefed them on what’s going on.
Here’s what they’re reporting:
A source says Brown told his family and friends that he and Rihanna have "officially broken up".With each day that passes, Chris is looking WORSE and WORSE!!!RadarOnline.com was also told exclusively that Brown does not think Rihanna will seek charges against him and that he will NOT go to jail.
Instead, Brown thinks he'll face fines.
The source tells us Brown's final words to everybody was " Protect me. "I'm your homeboy".

I understand what you are saying but I don't push the backup plan idea. While one is getting their college education in a backup plan they could be using that time to actually go for what they want (unless again it requires a college education). Too often people settle for what society tells them what is the right way and end up miserable cuz they weren't be true to their heart in the first place. People need to learn how to trust their selves and what the world has to offer more often. When it comes to businesses failing it happens regardless if you are college educated or not but the one who inherits happiness from within gets up, used what they have learned from the experience and try again. Well I hope Chris will learn his lesson from this whole incident. I think he needs to face the consequences of his actions, whatever they may be. Here's the issue I have with this. First, I was a Chris Brown fan from the start. My little girl is still in the dark about this situation because she believes that he is her hero and loves his music. I've never seen a five year old adore someone like that. The problem I have is how people are pointing fingers at Robyn. I'm not going to call her Rihanna because the two people involved are Christopher Browna and Robyn Fenty. Does it matter that they are pop stars? It should matter that this is a situation between a woman and a man. If she did put her hands on him, that isn't right but God made man to be naturally stronger. He wouldn't have to beat her down to prove a point. A simple restraint could have done the trick. From the stories I've heard, He beat her up like a dude on the streets. My husband is a big guy and he showed me many ways a man can restrain a woman that would not injure her and especially abuse her. To applaud Chris Brown is a slap in the face of every woman in America. Domestic Abuse has caused too many fatalities to applaud what he did. It doesn't matter if she provoked him, He is naturally stronger. He ABUSED this girl. It doesn't matter. He also left the scene of the crime. How clear does it have to be to you women and men that support this type of behavior. What would you say if this were your mother..sister..aunt..cousin that this happened to? What could she have done to provoke a man. How can you sit here and support the actions of a person that you don't know. We never thought that Michael Phelps would be dumb enough to smoke weed and get caught losing all of his endorsements..just as we would've ever guessed that that Michael Vick would be a dog killer. I agree 100% with stefjay1992 about R Kelly. He is as disgusting as they ,yet everyone continues to support him, play his music, buy his music etc., and he is an adult!!! Chris is only 19 years old. I am not saying what he has done is right by any means, but I would hate for his career to end, just like that. I think he needs to admit what he did, apologize, and then seek help. He grew up in an abusive environment and he needs to face up to his demons, however, he is too talented to let all of his talent go down the drain. And for the record, I feel bad for Rihanna also, both of them are hurting through all of this, but ofcourse in different ways. This is a terrible turn of events for two people that were at the height of their caeers.
He is a victim of long-term abuse himself. I guess all of those emotions/fears from living with years of abuse and her throwing his keys away caused him to have a flashback and he snapped. Not many adults can experience years of abuse without it having some negative effects. I do not think Rhinna feared him at all, otherwise she would never tossed his keys away.
the sad thing is the most young black men get locked up over *** like this in a heart beat. since chris has money he can purchase defense also the state laws are different. BUT i still think that police are using a double standard only because their top notch accountability involved...whereas the young black male without much support would get fined and tossed in prison until the court date. BUT even if the the fine could get paid, doesn't mean the judge, on the court date, will have sympathy. As far as this case goes, the judge will see those pictures...Chris may be in for a horrific ride:(
