ummmm no... MalcolmX was a man of God and righteousness once he found redemption... T.I. is seeking redemption or atleast thats the premise of his MTV reality show.. but no.. sorry no comparison.. I like T.I. think he's hot.. can watch ATL several times.. and like his message his latest album sends.. but he is nospiritual leader/innovator/great figure.. he's one of the few good rappers that are left.. so thats an accomplishment.. but thats about it...
TI is a very good person, what people fail to see is he's trying, he's trying for his family his friends his fans to be a better person. what people do is they judge him by what they hear and what comes on tv, by what he raps about in his songs but we have to realise thats just entertainment. Alot of rapper around here rapping about drugs and guns and they never hold these things in their life, entertainment. He may not be what Malcolm X use to be but at least he wants to make a differnce at least he wants to help change some kids life and that what makes him who he is.
TI will never be like my man Malcolm X. Malcolm was the EPITOME of a STRONG, RESPECTABLE, CLASSY, SElf-ASSURED, and DIGNIFIED BLACK MAN!

I'm reading Alex Haley's autobiography of Malcolm X and I must say I'm in LOVE with Malcolm's vision and unrelenting courage he displayed during those turbulent times in our history. Malcolm, Garvey, Dr. MLK, along with other great BLACK men should not be categorized in with a group of thugs who has done nothing for our community beside EXPLOIT NEGATIVE stereotypes. I'm sick of T.I, my boy Wayne, Snoop, The Game, Jay Z, 50, etc,etc.

It is a scam, he just want people to see that his going to jail turned his life around, T.I is a fake...I do not respect him at all. LOSER! And comparing him to Malcolm X just got even worst. Malcolm, Tupac, Black Panthers, some of what MLK spoke about, JFK are all great to me, I respect them all. T.I is a no no.
When I first saw this I became upset that he would attempt to portray the image of Malcom X. Then after calming down I realized like Malcom, T.I. is making changes to become a better man. At least that is what is perceived to be believed in his actions reported by the media. Malcom was passionate with love for his people, exhilarated strength, never stop evolving to become a better man, when his reality changed he didn't hold on to his old ways he welcomed a new and better him so if that's the path T.I. is on, I'm proud to call him brother. :)

Confused.Wasn't Malcolm X the one who snitched on the leader of the Nation of Islam and then the Nation of Islam started disliking him and killed him? and wasnt T.I. the one who got snitched on?....and surprisingly more people started liking him and refering to him in songs. Seems like total opposites to me. Still love TI though.
