Second. She may not have physical assets, which would mean they have been liquidated to cash. Then you don’t know what investments she has, stocks, bonds, other companies, retirement etc. She has been around wealth long enough to know not to put her money where everyone can see it or find it.

Third. After a divorce you may be ordered to liquidate all the joint assets (house, car, investments) and split the monetary gain down the middle. (That depends on the judge and whets involved for the children’s well being).

Fourth. Almost all people of wealth lease cars. Being that they have the money to continue swopping cars for what is new.

Fifth. Anyone can opt to have a public defender if they choose to. Then you’re lying, because you don’t need a lawyer for a moving violation. You just contest the ticket or pay the fine the judge is to give you for pleading guilty, that does not constitute to a case where a lawyer is needed unless points are deducted from you license, or you have accumulated so many points that your license is up for being suspended.
