I think everyone should just pray for all parites involved, remember these are still just kids.....After seeing what some people get NO time for, I don't think he should serve time. Chris's mom looks ashamed. She probably feels partly to blame for her son's behavior. And yeah partly she is. She should have never stayed with his step father that long-Chris said in an interview he witnessed the abuse from age 6-13. Women need to choose their kids and well being over d*ck, or just saying they have a man.
But I don't think it's all of her fault, or even the step father's for that matter. Chris is his own man, and is fully capable of displaying the opposite actions of his step father. It's mind over matter. Too many other people have been the abused, but chose not to grow up and be the abuser. It can be done.

The cold part is we already know that he will be made an example., and thats exactly what they are aiming for. Yes he should have a consiquence, but nothing harsher than anyone else(celebrity)would receive. So yes, they both need the support of their families, and if your a good person in general, and not a fan. They are young, sucessful people.
