: Remember when MediaTakeOut.com told y’all that Sheree from the Atlanta Housewives was asking for public assistance? (See full story here). Well apparently that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
Now her former lawyers are suing her for unpaid legal fees. Here’s what the firm says in it’s lawsuit:
Defendent’s refusal to pay said debt as agreed constitutes an act of bad faith and has caused the Plaintiff unnecessary trouble and expense, thereby entitling Plaintff to an award of its expenses of litigation, including reasonable attorney’s fees in an amount to be proven by the evidence at trial.And there’s more. Here’s what the Atlanta Journal Constitution adds:
Steven Montalto, the attorney representing Levine & Smith, said Thursday that the firm has been unable to find Sheree Whitfield in order to serve her the summons and a copy of the complaint.What the???? Did the Atlanta Journal Constitution actually quote us???? Wow … hopefully it’s the start of a new trend.Since Thursday evening, efforts by the AJC to reach Sheree Whitfield for comment have been unsuccessful.
Mediatakeout.com has also reported that Whitfield was caught speeding a couple weeks ago and requested a government attorney, claiming no assets. We are still trying to track down the document posted on the Web site.

Is there anyone from Atlanta that knows what the deal is with Sheree's ex? I mean why hasn't he tried to file for custody of his kids? It seems like he doesn't even care about them. If he has money he could easily provide them with a better life than Sheree, especially is she's unstable and is undergoing alleged financial hardship. I just find it strange he's not more involved.

I have no respect for people like her...not because she is broke my heart goes out to anybody experiencing hard times due to this economy. Unlike most people who work hard for themselves and their kids, she is depending on a man/alimony... so sad she has no money, no job experience or education. She needs to humble herself and get any job, there is no shame in working hard to take care of your kids.
It is a shame if all of this was true because she was one of the ones flaunting the most like she really had money on the show, not saying that the other ones didn't though. I remember her buying a 3,250 dollar purse and seeing the total of her purchases when she was shopping for her birthday, the total was 6,733 dollars. She had the nerve to say Atlanta is all about where you live and what you drive and that she was fashion and style and if you cant keep up, that's they problem. I cant believe she said that, looks like she is the one that cant keep up now!! Maybe she will make money off the clothing line she has that is supposed to still come out this year.
A Word Of Warning!!!! Don't get hung up with other peoples missery. The lesson to all of us should be that there isn't an amount of money that one can have that can't be spent.
Easy come, easy go! With the economic conditions were are currently in, you should be focusing on paying down your debt and saving money.
