: MediaTakeOut.com just caught wind of yet another twist in the Chris Brown assault saga. Word on the street is that Chris is going to FIRE his entire team – and bring in a whole new group to handle the crisis.

Brown is "looking for a whole new team" to replace his current crew, "starting with his manager, Tina Davis," said our source.Sounds like a pretty good move to us. This entire incident has been handled just about AS BADLY as we could imagine.Davis was cited as the "other woman" who sent texts to Brown the night before the Grammys, causing the fight in the Lamborghini. Police reports stated Brown had a "previous sexual relationship" with Davis, who's managed him since he was 16. Davis blasted "rumors" of any texts or sex, saying she and Brown were strictly "manager and client."
But it isn't just Davis - Brown is said to be "upset with his whole team," including publicity-loving lawyer Mark Geragos and p.r. man Mike Sitrick.

The way I see it.....had it not been for both of their crews forcing them to go to that party together even though he didnt want to be with her is messed up. Hmmmm, based on what bloggers are saying this is a difficult situation. What I would do if I were Chris is start talking period.
1. If he hit Ri first he should do some time and a gang of community service. L.A. county jail is so full he would get a couple V.I.P days three is the most he will get. I would hold a press conference apology saying it was the steroids, I never hit a girlfriend. Please Ri forgive me and all my fans. I am so sorry this happened. I will never do steroids again. And speak out about steroids.
2. If it was self defense he needs to give detail by detail as to what happen. He needs to have a public apology and break up with her in front of every camera in a sympathetic way. He needs to say. You have anger issues. I am so sorry this happened and this situation got out of control. I pray you get the help you need and I get the help I need. I never hit a girlfriend before I meet you. 3. Let the situation die down a bit have a MTV or VH1 special on him a day in the life of Chris, recording in the studio, showing him being nice to women etc. Win the fans back.
4. Set up a tour date and see how the ticket sells. Move on from there. Most important save that money and invest properly in case you dont see it again.

One more thing for the record: i don't know why people are trying to make this a race thing, because it's not. Women of all races get beaten by men of all races. I met her once at a concert and she gave me the mean stank look when I said hi to her as if her day was completely perfect B4 my a** showed up...so if he did really f**k her up, I'm partially glad!!!!
