Gospel singer BeBe Winans was booked yesterday on a domestic assault rap for allegedly pushing his ex-wife to the ground during an argument last month.DANG!!According to a court filing, a copy of which you'll find below, Winans, 46, and his former spouse got into a "verbal altercation" on February 13 about "custody issues dealing with their children."
At the time, Winans was at his ex-wife Debra's Nashville home, where he had driven to pick up his children. "The victim was telling the defendant of issues with the children when he became irate. The defendant then pushed the victim to the ground."

lvlario - You are right. These "SAINTS" are something else. It's not likely one will hear a sermon about domestic abuse in church, especially a black one. Church is the first place you will hear a preacher use the word 'submission' in the wrong context. It's not about who is in control but I can touch on that at another time. How many wives of preachers are abused sexually, mentally and physically? A lot. They won't say anything b/c the church would more than likely make her an outcast and stand behind that man.

Submission: "sub" means under, and mission simply means goal or vision. So submitting is coming under one's goals and vision. As a man, or head of the household, a MAN should have goals and visions for his family. To me all people are judgmental. Sometimes you do have something to judge or should I say have to have good judgment when it comes to other people in your life. There are not many people that look deep into there own self or there life styles to see how they cause drama in there own environment. @ hotbunny - I still send my tithes to the church where I was baptised. I don't attend due to where I live now. My home church feeds the homeless DAILY during lunch. The church owns an apt building for seniors. The members went out into the community and cleaned it UP. No more can you witness drug sales on your way, or trashy streets. Our pastor spoke to the young men doing wrong. He couldn't talk them (all) into attending church, but many of them have turned their lives around. I grew up witnessing SERVICE to the underpriviledged. You must have seen my body language the first time I went to a mega church!
