God can change anyones life and life style but she has to also show the character of GOD. I used to smoke weed, I was an alcoholic, a fornicator and had a bad attitude to boot and a filthy mouth but God had cleaned me up and those things I used to do, I don't do and don't want to do anymore. It didn't happen over night but it did happen. My husband was a weed smoker, a drug dealer, a fornicator, and a womanizer. And he is a changed man. It's true no one is perfect and people do make mistakes but come on Super head will never change!! when she wrote that book she was a "changed woman" when in reality she was doing the same thing different people. so if she has found God and is gonna change more power to her! If she was going to be a preacher under false motives then that because she will also probably have some followers too. I agree with ghettofabman 100%. God can use anyone. Yeah she went down the wrong path but God can turn what the devil ment for bad and turn it for good. If He can change her, that shows he can change anybody. We all have faults no one is perfect but God. The greatest lessions I've learned is from the mistakes I've made and from the mistakes Others around me have made. The great thing about learning from others mistakes is you can gain wisdom without having to go through what they did. I'm happy for her and pray that the Lord leads her to greatness.
I believe she will find a following and have a congregation filled with people who are just like her in many ways, people just looking for forgiveness and another chance with God. A lot of GREAT ministers have done things in their past. I rather go to a minister who has been through things and made mistakes then someone who has been sheltered their whole life. You never know if God called her into ministry, and no one who calls themself a Christian can judge her. Remember, "He who is without sin may cast the first stone". If God has called her into ministry I pray that she continues on the Right Path with Him and that He touches her life and those around her. I pray that she seeks His guidance and the TRUTH and that she leads others that are lost. AMEN

In all seriousness, it's true that many of the disciples that Jesus chose were flawed people. If she's playing with God, she will surely be exposed, just as so many other "evangelists." The Bible speaks about leading a child down the wrong path (this includes babes in Christ).
So many people think that because God has a calling on their life, they think it means Pastoring. Personally, I feel that if you have never served in the church, how can you Pastor one? So many people want to be in the spotlight, when God is calling you to be in the background.

As a Christian, isn't it our goal to become more Christ like, although we'll never be perfect....isn't that what we are to become? So what difference does it make who is teaching The Word to us, as long as the teaching is coming from God through them, and not them feeding us garbage right. Just my opinion.
Actually, No, that's not ok to be taught by part time pastor/pimp/bouncer, etc. But please know, that we all have a past. My pastor was delivered from drugs, 40 years ago. God put an annointing on his life to teach the word. "And he struggled", his words, but it wasn't until he was healed by the blood of Jesus, that years later he became a pastor ...But even if he/she is one who is still in the world, they will be delivered.....Being a Christian is not ez. I get tempted by the advasary all the time, but I have to stay consistently in prayer, in the word, in bible study, I have to as much as possible watch my actions. I am not there just yet, cause if you hit me, I hit back. I am working on a lot though...especially learning to forgive. FYI Just because one attends service every Sunday, means nothing. Is one showing this Christ like behavior is the question? Folks praise God all the time in service and once they get out, some talk about you like you are nothing...can't even give you a hug. A lot of churches and the people in them have become too commercial. Am I a child of God, if I can't assist a person who can't even read the bible if they are sitting next to me? If one comes in smelling like weed and liqour, why do we move to the next row and then talk about them ......instead of embracing them still? No one can judge you. You do what you know you have to do, and that is to ask God for forgiveness, and if you have already, than He has forgiven. Sad but True, it is always Man that does not forgive....Don't ever think you have to prove anything to anyone, God forgave you a long time ago.
