Anyway, when we first started hearing the whispers – we thought it was just rumors.
But now MediaTakeOut.com learned that Carlos has filed to DIVORCE his wife Cindy. Here’s how it’s being reported by the Associated Press:
Court documents filed Thursday call the marriage between Boozer and his wife, Cindy, "irretrievably broken." Boozer says the couple's home in Miami is for sale. The Jazz star also wants rights to a second home they own in Salt Lake City.Ladies and gentlemen, please keep your eyes on this divorce … if it goes according to the way we THINK IT WILL … this is gonna get REAL GOOD!!!The couple has twin 19-month-olds and a 2-year-old child. Boozer seeks shared child custody and is willing to pay child support.
An attorney for Boozer's wife said in an e-mail that her client hopes all issues can be resolved amicably, and that her primary concern is what's best for the children. A Jazz spokesman said Carlos Boozer declined comment.

carlos and cindy been together since he was at duke and she was at nc state (i am in raleigh). so she is not a gold digger for all of the folks hollering about she secured her place with those kids. in fact she was a star athlete and coach in her own right at one time (volleyball).
and if you do the math they had to have been married a good 3-4 years before she birthed any of them.
If HE's filing for divorce- 9times outta 10 SHE must have done something that warrants the phrase 'irretrievably broken'....wtf!

Men AND Women both cheat, so it is conceivable that maybe SHE was seeing someone behind his back and he found out about it.

Let me just say this. She is a ***. I know for a fact. Those are probally not even his *** kids. He better get a DNA test. Carlos is really a nice guy that fell into her trap. He comes from a real nice family. He just didn't know that his girl was one of the biggest *** in Durham. She has issues and has always been crazy and needed help for a long time. He needs to be sure she gets the help she needs if he is going to leave the kids with her. She was out for money from the beginning. I hate to see any marriage break up but this one was never gonna make it.
